Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Moghul Chicken Korma. In this kit you get Korma Curry Paste, Coconut & Garlic Puree & Korma Spice Garnish.

This is still one of our favourite dishes from Simply Cook. It's always full of flavour and really creamy. It's really easy to cook and I enjoy it every time we have it.

Next from this box I cooked the Thai Red Prawn Curry. In this kit you get Garlic Paste, Thai Red Paste & Thai Red Garnish.

This dish is what made Skye realise that she likes and enjoys prawns, so I try ad get it as much as I can so that she still enjoys it but doesn't get bored of it. I love the flavours of this dish, which is why we have it often.

Next from this box I cooked the Crispy Chilli Beef. In this kit you get Stir-Fry Seasoning, Honey Soy Sauce & Chilli & Garlic Sauce.

This is another dish we love and enjoy. I always find that it's full of flavour, this is a dish that I'm always gutted that I've finished.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Indochinese Hakka Noodles. In this kit you get Indochinese Spice Rub, Indochinese Paste & Hakka Sauce

This is still a regular dish for us. The flavours always work really well together, and I love the different textures.

Now let me get to the business side of the Simply Cook boxes, each box comes with 4 recipe kits which include 3 pots of sauces, herb, stock etc, as well as 4 step-by-step recipe cards, that contain the full list of ingredients you'll need, and alternatives etc.

Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles. In this kit you get Chilli Oil Mix, Dan Dan Stock and Sichuan Style Paste.

We've had this dish a few times and it always goes down a treat. The flavours are really nice and work really well together. We always enjoy this dish.

Next cooked from this box I cooked the Mexican Pulled Chicken. In this kit you get Spicy Wedge Seasoning, Chipotle Paste and Mole Sauce.

This is another dish we love and we've had it quite a lot. I love the flavours, they all work perfectly together. As you can see we have different potato wedges because Skye doesn't like sweet potato. I also have to tone down the spices as Skye doesn't like spicy food so I always try and make it mild.

Next from this box I cooked the Thai Red Prawn Curry. In this kit, you get Garlic Paste, Thai Red Paste and Thai Red Garnish.

The flavours always work really well together for this dish. Skye enjoys prawns now so she also enjoys this dish. This has definitely become a favourite for us.

Last from this box I cooked the Japanese Seared Steak. In this kit you get Steak Rub, Shichimi Rice Stock and Shiro Miso Paste.

This is another dish that we always love and enjoy. The spring onions and mushrooms in the rice really adds flavour. The sauce really elevates the steak. This is definitely a delicious dish.

Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Sticky Korean Chicken Drumsticks. In this kit you get Korean Style Rub, Gochujang Glaze and Quick Chilli Pickle

Heat the oven 20 220C/200C Fan/Gas Mark 6.

Prep the chicken & rice.

Make the glaze & then the dressing.

Pickle the veg.

Finish cooking the chicken.

Serve!

This has become a regular for us. I obviously tone down the Gochujang Glaze as I know it's spicy and Skye isn't good with spicy. Other than that we love having this dish. it's really yummy. I've lost count how many times we've had it since this first time. This is definitely a family favourite.

Next from this box I cooked the Thai Red Prawn Curry. In this kit you get Garlic Paste, Thai Red Paste and Thai Red Garnish.

Make some rice.

Start the curry base.

Add the veg.

Serve!

This dish is the reason Skye has started to enjoy prawns. I love this dish it's full of flavour. It's really easy to make and perfect when you fancy a takeaway. I make this sauce a little thicker as the first time round it was a little runnier than I like.

Next from this box I cooked the Nasi Goreng. In this kit you get Chilli Pickle Mix, Nasi Goreng Paste and Ketjap Manis.

This all works so well together, even with the salad too. The flavours are really nice.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Cod & Chorizo Roasties. In this kit you get Smoky Paprika & Lemon Mix, Herb Crust Blend and Saffron Aioli Mix.

I think Skye misses out with not having the Aioli and fish as the flavours work perfectly together, but she seems happy with chicken instead.
