First cooked from this box was the Beef Rendang. In this kit you get Garlic Paste, Rendang Paste and Rendang Garnish.

Flash fry the beef.
Create the curry.
Finishing touches.

I really enjoyed this dish, I thought the flavours worked really well together and I loved the potatoes in the curry.
Next from this box I cooked the Indochinese Hakka Noodles. In this kit you get Indochinese Spice Rub, Indochinese Paste and Hakka Sauce.
Heat the oven to 200C/180 Fan/Gas Mark 6.
Cook the chicken.
Fry the veg.
Add the sauce.
Serve!
This dish is a regular for us, I love the flavours and it's super easy to cook, even Skye seemed to enjoy it.
Next from this box I cooked the Chipotle Glazed Pork. In this kit you get Garlic Paste, BBQ Beans Paste and Chipotle Rub.
Fry the veg.
Add flavour to the cassoulet.
Grill the pork chops.
Serve!
I didn't grill the pork like the recipe suggests, I cooked it in the oven, but even that way, this still wasn't a dish for us. I wasn't really that fussed about the flavours.
Lastly from this box I cooked the Penne Alla Rustica. In this kit you get the Garlic & Rosemary Mix, Rustica Paste and Red Pepper Sprinkle.
