Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Moghul Chicken Korma. In this kit you get Korma Curry Paste, Coconut & Garlic Puree and Korma Spice Garnish.

We always enjoy the Moghul Chicken Korma, even when like this time I seem to have burnt it. So it doesn't look too appealing, but the flavours are always there.

Next from this box I cooked the Bokkeumbap. In this kit you get Garlic Paste, Gochujang and Doenjang.

We always enjoy the Bokkeumbap, it's a good vegetarian dish. It's full of flavour  and always cooks perfectly.

Next from this box I cooked the Bibimbap. In this kit you get Gochujang Paste, Miso Stock and Soy & Red Miso Sauce.

I always enjoy the Bibimbap. All the flavours work really well together and it's a dish we both look forward to having.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Linguine With Courgette. In this kit you get Citrus & Chilli Paste, White Wine Reduction and Pomodoro Seasoning.

This is another great dish, it's really light but filling. I love the flavours and I always find it refreshing.

Now let me get to the business side of the Simply Cook boxes, each box comes with 4 recipe kits which include 3 pots of sauces, herb, stock etc, as well as 4 step-by-step recipe cards, that contain the full list of ingredients you'll need, and alternatives etc.
You can choose which dishes you would like in your box, or you can leave it to the Simply Cook gang and let them randomly pick your dishes to enjoy. You can set your preferences whether you're wanting something mild to spicy, something family friendly, there's recipes from all around the world.
You can choose how often you would like your boxes, whether that would be weekly, fortnightly, or even every 4 weeks. You can also change, pause or even cancel your subscription at any time.
Each box is £11.78 or £9.99 if you click ship now, with your first box being a trial price of £3.

First cooked from this box I cooked the Mexican Pulled ChickenIn this kit you get Spicy Wedge Seasoning, Chipotle Paste and Mole Sauce.

This always goes down a treat. It's always full of flavour and we always enjoy it. Skye isn't a sweet potato fan so I always make her normal potato wedges. I've also recently started using chicken breast rather than thigh, as I prefer it.

Next from this box I cooked the Soy & Honey Salmon. In this kit you get Soy & Honey, Miso Glaze and Yasai Sauce.

This is another dish I enjoy, Skye doesn't like fish so she has chicken, but the flavours work well with the chicken just as much as it does with the salmon. The flavours work so well together, and the salmon flakes away as soon as you touch it with a fork. Everything on the plate is full of flavour and really yummy.

Next from this box I cooked the BibimbapIn this kit you get, Gochujang Paste, Miso Stock and Soy & Red Miso Sauce.

Sadly this dish is leaving Simply Cook soon, which both myself and Skye are gutted about as we really enjoy this dish. The flavours work perfectly together and it's a quick and easy recipe.

Last from this box I cooked Malay LaksaIn this kit you get the Laksa Paste, Chicken Stock and Laksa Garnish.

This dish has a really nice kick to it, which if you're not a fan of spicy food, you can make milder. All the flavours work really well together, but it's not a dish we often choose to have.

Now let me get to the business side of the Simply Cook boxes, each box comes with 4 recipe kits which include 3 pots of sauces, herb, stock etc, as well as 4 step-by-step recipe cards, that contain the full list of ingredients you'll need, and alternatives etc.

Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First cooked from this box we have the Hungarian Goulash Soup. In this kit you get, Goulash Spice Blend, Sweet Paprika, Beef Stock.

Fry the sausages.

Add the Goulash spices.

Stir in the stock

Serve!

I thought this was really rich and full of flavour and went perfectly with some tiger bread.
I'd definitely give this another go and see if it's just as good the 2nd time round.

Second from this box, I cooked the Chicken Chilli Chowder. In this kit you get, Jalapeno & Garlic Paste, Southwestern Spices and Chowder Stock Pot.

Cook the onions.

Poach the chicken.

Add the veg.

Shred the chicken.

Serve!

I always think of chowders of being fish based, so this is a good recipe for us as Skye doesn't like fish. It was really creamy and full of flavour and went perfectly with some tortilla chips. I'd happily try this one again.

Third from this box I cooked the Bibimbap. In this kit you get, Gochujang Paste, Miso Stock and Soy & Red Miso Sauce.

Turn the oven on to a low heat to keep food warm for later.

Cook the rice.

Meanwhile, fry the mince.

Fry the veg.

Serve!

You can have this with a fried egg, which we have in the past, but this time I decided not to, as I was ready for some food. I really want to get some better serving bowls for dishes like this as I think it helps to look better and a bit more colourful.
We always enjoy this dish and will continue to keep having it now and again.

Last from this box I cooked the Japanese Seared Steak. In this kit you get, Steak Rub, Shichimi Rice Stock and Shiro Miso Paste.

Now let me get to the business side of the Simply Cook boxes, each box comes with 4 recipe kits which include 3 pots of sauces, herb, stock etc, as well as 4 step-by-step recipe cards, that contain the full list of ingredients you'll need, and alternatives etc.
