Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Chicken Katsu Curry. In this kit you get Pickled Salad Mix, Katsu Curry Paste and Gochujang Sauce.

We love this dish and have it regularly. It's probably one of the dishes we've had the most so I try and make sure I try new dishes before heading back to this one.
We enjoy it every time we have it, I still think it's better than some others we've had.

Next from this box I cooked the Indian Masala Lamb Chops. In this kit you get Masala Paste, Spice Blend and Mint Chutney.

This is another dish we have a lot, I feel like this dish is always full of flavour and is a real treat.

Next from this box I cooked the Penne Alla Rustica. In this kit you get Garlic & Rosemary Mix, Rustica Paste and Red Pepper Sprinkle.

Skye doesn't eat this with plain pasta anymore, she has it all mixed together like I do. The flavours work really well together, I love the Chorizo with the tomatoes and pasta.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Baja Fish Tacos. In this kit you get Baja Blend, Salsa Bandera Seasoning and Habanero Hot Sauce.

Heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6.

Bake the fish.

Make the fillings

Warm the tortillas.

Assemble your tacos.

Serve!

I don't know if it's because I used frozen fish rather than chilled, but this wasn't really a dish for us. The flavours were okay, but it wasn't something I would rush to have again.

Now let me get to the business side of the Simply Cook boxes, each box comes with 4 recipe kits which include 3 pots of sauces, herb, stock etc, as well as 4 step-by-step recipe cards, that contain the full list of ingredients you'll need, and alternatives etc.
You can choose which dishes you would like in your box, or you can leave it to the Simply Cook gang and let them randomly pick your dishes to enjoy. You can set your preferences whether you're wanting something mild to spicy, something family friendly, there's recipes from all around the world.
You can choose how often you would like your boxes, whether that would be weekly, fortnightly, or even every 4 weeks. You can also change, pause or even cancel your subscription at any time.
Each box is £11.78 or £9.99 if you click ship now, with your first box being a trial price of £3.

Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Home-Style Murgh Kari. In this kit you get Garlic Paste, Murgh Kari Paste and Anisa's Seasoning.

If you're making this with potatoes too, get them boiling in a pan until tender.

Get the rice on.

Create the curry base.

Let it simmer.

Serve!

This curry is delicious it's really creamy. I definitely think I'd try this with potatoes the next time I add in to one of our boxes. It's really full of flavour.

Next from this box I cooked the Sicilian Roast Chicken, In this kit you get Lemon & Herb Rub, Smoky Mash Mix and Mediterranean Spice Mix.

I absolutely love this dish I love the flavours and the chicken always comes out juicy. We have this quite a lot as it's perfect for a Sunday dinner. I've just stopped adding all the extras to the mash. as we like ours plain without any extra bits.

Next from this box I cooked the Chicken Katsu Curry. In this kit you get Pickled Salad Mix, Katsu Curry Paste and Gochujang Sauce.

We love this dish, we have it quite regularly. All the flavours work so well together and I always enjoy cooking it.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Jambalaya. In this kit you get Cajun Seasoning, Garlic Paste and Jambalaya Stock.

Cook the chicken (and prawns).

Fry the vegetables.

Add the rice.

Finishing touches.

Serve!

I'd happily cook and have this again, and now that Skye enjoys prawns, I'd add them to the dish too. This dish is full of flavour and it all works so well together.
