First from this box I cooked the Bibimbap. In this kit you get Gochujang Paste, Miso Stock and Soy & Red Miso Sauce.

We always love this dish, it's always full of flavour and cooks perfectly. This is one of the recipes we love to pick to have in our box, as well as one of the reasons I started getting us these boxes.

Next from this box I cooked the Penne Alla Rustica. In this kit you get Garlic & Rosemary Mix, Rustica Paste and Red Pepper Sprinkle

This is another favourite of ours. I love all the flavours, as well as all the different textures with the pasta, chorizo and tomatoes.

Next from this box I cooked the Scandi Style Salmon. In this kit you get Hasselback Potato Seasoning, Dill Pickle Mix and Scandi Salmon Rub.

Skye still hasn't gotten a taste for salmon, so I always cook a chicken breast for her when I cook this dish. She's never left it so the flavours must really work with chicken too. I love this dish, it's full of flavour and the salmon cooks perfectly, it just flakes apart. I really love all the flavours, it all works together perfectly.

Last from this box I cooked the Pad Thai. In this kit you get Pad Thai Paste, Tamarind and Thai Tomato Paste.

Prawns go down a treat in this house with Skye. She's also a big fan of this dish and so am I. It's full of flavour and always cooks perfectly.

First from this box I cooked the Chicken Chilli Chowder. In this kit you get Jalapeno & Garlic Paste, Southwestern Spices and Chowder Stock Pot.

I really like this dish. It's full of flavour and the perfect comfort food. I make my own tortilla chips whenever we have it and I think it elevates it just a bit more than store bought.

Next from this box I cooked the Chinese Chicken Traybake. In this kit you get Chinese-Style Blend, Garlic Vegetable Stock and Hoisin Sauce.

Heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas Mark 7, and boil a kettle of water.

Get prepped.

Create you traybake.

Meanwhile, prep the rice and stock.

Finish the traybake.

Serve!

I thought this was okay, but it's not really a dish I'd rush to have again. I thought the flavours worked really well and it was really easy and simple to cook.

Next from this box I cooked the Speedy Linguine With Prawns. In this kit you get Citrus & Chilli Paste, White Wine Reduction and Pomodoro Seasoning.

This is a really nice and tasty pasta dish. It's really quick an easy to make too. I feel like this is a perfect summer dish and even Skye is a fan. I think I need to add it to a box, because I think it's been a while since we've had it.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Rogan Josh Curry. In this kit you get Rogan Josh Paste, Garlic Paste and Lamb Stock.

Start the curry.

Add the veg.

Fry the lamb.

Serve!

This was a really nice curry, it's not something we tend to have so it was nice giving it a go. It was full of flavour and really easy and simple to make. Even Skye seemed to be a fan. I tried to make it milder as Skye isn't good with spicy food.
