It's time to get stuck into February's box of goodies.

 First up we have a NATURE FORMULA BLACK HEATING EYE MASK, this is a 1 part eye mask that works together to maximise benefits. The step 1 Hydrogel Mask moisturises and minimises dark circles, and the step 2 Volcanic Heating Eye Mask gently warms to increase moisture absorption and soothe your skin.

How To Use - Use as the last step in your night-time skincare routine. Remove the white and clear sheets from the Step 1 Hydrogel Mask and place onto eyes. Then place the Step 2 Heating Mask on top of the hydrogel mask. Remove the Heating Mask after 5 minutes, then remove the Hydrogel Mask after 10-15 minutes.

I can't say I was a massive fan of this eye mask, I found it really fiddly and not the easiest to place everything once I couldn't see. On a positive note the skin around my eyes felt soft and moisturised as well as feeling soothed and my eyes feeling relaxed. I think it's a good mask to use if you're wanting to wind down before getting into bed.

 Next we have a NATURE FORMULA HONEY SOLUTION MASK, there were 3 varieties of these masks available and were random (Blooming Hydra Mask, Cocoon Pure Mask and Honey Solution Mask). They are all made with 100% Natural Cellulose to minimise irritation and dermatologically tested for safety. The cellulose contain "micro water holes" that retain large amounts of moisture, allowing you to keep them on for longer. The Blooming Hydra Mask is great for moisturising, the Honey Solution Mask is great for nourishing and the Cocoon Pure Mask is great for brightening.

How To Use - After cleansing and toning, remove the plastic backing and place mask onto face for 15-30 minutes. Pat any remaining essence to improve absorption.

 As you can see from above I got the Honey Solution Mask, I found it fiddly and was pretty saturated in essence, which I'm never a fan of. I left the mask on for 20 minutes as I got frustrated that I kept touching and checking the mask, as it felt like it kept moving and sliding down my face. The skin at the edges of the mask did feel a little itchy when I first applied the mask, but it was cooling on my skin. It initially left my skin feeling greasy, but after a short while my skin was left feeling soft and smooth as well as looking and feeling nourished.

 Next we have a SKIN WATCHERS COOLING PORE TIGHTENING MASK, this mask contains Kaolin, Clay, Peppermint Oil and Witch Hazel Extract to grab excess sebum and dirt to decrease the appearance of your pores. Green Tea Extract and Centella Extract are also included to calm irritated skin. The info card states that after several uses, you'll notice that your skin is less oily . All the ingredients are EWG-Green level ingredients, and Skin Watchers never test on animals.

How To Use - After cleansing, apply a thick layer onto skin, especially areas with excess sebum or enlarged pores. Avoid eyes and lips. Let dry for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Follow up with your regular skincare routine.

 I think this mask smells really nice and refreshing, I found it really easy and quick to apply. It felt really cooling on my skin and could feel it doing it's magic. My skin was left feeling soft, soothed and refreshed as well as looking clean and oil free.

 Next we have MILKYDRESS TAKE CARE SPOT, this is great for calming pimples and irritated spots, using ingredients such as Aloe Vera Leaf Extract, Chamomile Extract and Portulaca Oleracea Extract. It also contains Arbutin to decrease dark spot formation.

How To Use - After cleansing and toning, dab a small amount of gel to pimples, blemishes, and dark spots. Use 2 to 3 times a day.

 I applied this to some pimples and applied it before bed, on waking up I noticed the pimples had calmed down and were nearly gone, It applies really easily and absorbs into the skin pretty quickly. I highly recommend, especially if you suffer a lot with outbreaks.

Last up we have an ETUDE HOUSE MY BEAUTY TOOL JELLYFISH SILICON BRUSH, this brush gently and deeply cleanses your pores. Use the top to create a lather and gently exfoliate, and use the bottom to to massage your skin.

How To Use - Apply your favourite cleanser to skin. Use the brush in a circular pattern to exfoliate and massage skin. After using, separate the brush and sponge, rinse, and dry completely.

This is pretty easy and simple to use, I think it's best to be used in a morning when you're fresh faced. I used it when removing my makeup, but didn't feel like it was very successful. I will happily keep using this product, especially on my makeup free days. It's really cute and really easily to separate and clean.

I pay £19.85 a month including shipping for my box and I'm sure you can see from the products you get it's really worth the investment even with the extra charges for the box from my bank it's still a worthwhile subscription. You really get more than your moneys worth from the box, these boxes are extremely popular and sell out really fast so if you interested I would suggest being quick to avoid disappoint. You can even buy 3, 6 and 12 month gift subscription boxes as well as one-time-only boxes for the month they are prepping and taking subscriptions for, prices are the same as above.

Overall I think February's box was a pretty decent box full of goodies. I have to say that my favourite product has to be the Take Care Spot gel, I use it every time I have a little break out and after a day or two they're gone. I also really loved the Cooling Pore Tightening Mask, it's definitely going to be a regular mask that I will be using.

I can't wait for my next box to see what goodies we will get.

MISHIBOX: October Unboxing & Review

It's time to get stuck into October's MISHIBOX.

 First up we have an IT'S SKIN THE FRESH SHEET MASK, this sheet mask comes in 10 different flavours, with three different types of essence textures: light, medium and rich. The flavours are Tea Tree, Bamboo, Aloe and Carrot which have a light essence. Honey, Pomegranate and Rose which have a medium essence, and Blueberry, Avocado and Olive which have a rich essence.

How Tu Use - After cleansing and toning, place sheet mask onto face for 15-20 minutes. Pat any remaining essence to improve absorption.

I got the carrot mask and I thought it smelt nice, I left it for 20 minutes and parts of the mask felt dry to the touch when I removed it. I'd done a charcoal pore peel off mask before and this mask really soothed the red areas where I'd put the charcoal pore peel off mask. My skin was left feeling soft and hydrated. When I removed the mask from it's packet, I was a little nervous that the essence was dripping off it, but thankfully it didn't actually drip while I had it on, which for me is a bonus.

Next up we have a THE SAEM PERFUMED HAND LIGHT ESSENCE, this hand essence is available in five different scents: Cherry Blossom, Peach Blossom, Lemon Mint, Grapefruit and Apricot. Each of the scents contain 10,000 ppm of the signature ingredient, along with Aloe Vera and Brown Rice Fermentation Filtrate. This light and hydrating formula is said to absorb quickly into the skin.
How To Use - Apply and adequate amount onto clean, dry hands as often as needed.

I got the Apricot hand essence and it smells gorgeous, the essence has the consistency of a watery gel and like it stated, it absorbed quickly into my hands, leaving them feeling soft and moisturised. This is definitely being placed into my back during these cold winter months to keep my hands moisturised, it's now my favourite hand moisturiser.

Next we have a LANEIGE WATER BANK MOISTURE CREAM, the MISHIBOX info card states that this is great for cooler weather, as it moisturises your skin all day. It's refreshing yet rich cream goes on smooth and helps fight dullness, uneven skin tones and dryness. Laneige's patented mineral water complex contains Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc and Manganese. It helps maintain ideal moisture levels on your skin, while Olive Squalane moisturises skin. It's formulated without phthalates and parabens, and is dermatologist tested.
How To use - After cleaning and toning, apply an adequate amount onto face and neck. Use twice a day.

I love the texture and consistency of this cream, it smelt really nice and absorbed pretty quickly into my skin. It left my skin feeling soft, smooth, supple and moisturised.

Next up we have an ETUDE HOUSE WONDER PORE FRESHNER, this wonder pore freshner is a multi-tasker which helps clean, refresh and moisturise your skin. It's said to effectively remove excess oil, sebum, dirt and debris from your skin, while Mint Extract leaves the skin feeling cool and revitalised. It is formulated without parabens, mineral oil, fragrance, artificial colours, talc and animal-origin ingredients.
How To Used - After cleansing, dry face. Apply an adequate amount onto a cotton pad or ball and gently wipe face.

In our October MISHIBOX we received a 50 ml travel size bottle, which I think is the perfect tester size, even though there was no added fragrances, it still smelt nice with the ingredients that have been used to make this product. My skin felt soft and even better it felt clean, refreshed and soothed. I definitely think I will be buying this once my little bottle runs out.

Next up we have the SKIN WATCHERS WRINKLE AWAY WHITENING EYE CREAM, this eye cream is said to be everything an eye cream should be. It soothes fine lines and wrinkles, and brightens dark circles; and with all EWG Green Level ingredients, so there is nothing harmful inside. It contains 58% Yeast Ferment Extract, along with Niacinamide, Sodium Hyaluronate, Shea Butter and Lavender Oil to keep the sensitive area around your eyes soft and moisturised. The cream is formulated without parabens, mineral oil, phenoxyethanol and BHT.
How To use - At the last step of your nightly skincare routine, dab and adequate amount around your eyes. You can use it around your lips and neck, basically anywhere with fine lines or wrinkles.

I love the smell of lavender in this cream, it absorbed into my skin pretty quick too, which is always a bonus. The skin under my eyes felt really soft and moisturised, and the lavender helped to soothe the skin around my eyes from removing my make-up. I could see a difference straight away after just adding the cream under one eye, it really brightened my skin and hid away the dark circles.

Finally we have our bonus product as an October and Halloween treat, which is a TOO COOL FOR SCHOOL PUMPKIN SLEEPING PACK, this sleeping pack is great for all skin types, it fights dryness and dullness while you sleep.
How To Use - Apply at night onto clean skin before going to bed and wake up with glowing skin.

This little bonus product is pretty amazing, the packaging was really cute and it smelt really nice. It was a quite thick cream and there was the perfect amount in the packaging to cover my face and to get a full face coverage. It absorbed pretty quickly, meaning my face wasn't left feeling sticky. I woke up with skin feeling soft, smooth and moisturised. I'd definitely give this sleeping pack another use, I think it's the perfect once a month overnight skincare product.

Another 5 Star MISHIBOX, all amazing skincare products, my favourites from this box definitely have to the hand cream and the pore freshner. I can easily recommend all the products we got in our October box and I can't wait to receive my November box which I know is on it's way.

It's a bit delayed, but shall we get started with October's MISHIBOX!

 As well as our beauty products we got an info card detailing how to check your breasts for any changes from the norm and making sure people are aware of breast cancer

 First up we have a DAYCELL RE,DNA AMPOULE MASK PACK, this mask pack is available in 3 different varieties and are made with a unique skin-gel sheet with a soft and supple texture that adheres closely to your skin to maximise the beneficial effects. The Aqua mask pack is formulated with Alaskan mineral water and hyaluronic acid to balance and moisturise skin, the Recovery mask pack contains copper tripeptide-1 which increases skin elasticity, finally the Whitening mask pack contains niacinamide which helps brighten skin and fade dark spots.

How To Use - After cleansing and toning, place sheet mask onto face and relax for 10-20 minutes. Pat any remaining essence to increase absorption.

 I got the Aqua mask pack and I thought it smelt really nice, the mask also felt quite thick compared to other masks I've used in the past but was still really easy to apply. I kept the mask on for 20 minutes and even after removing there was still quite a lot of essence left behind but it didn't feel sticky or anything it just felt that I had rinsed my face with water, the mask left my face feeling soft, smooth, moisturised and more importantly refreshed.

 Next we have a DAYCELL JEJU DOL HAREUBANG 3-STEP BLACKHEAD PACK, our info card says this is our complete blackhead solution. Step 1 softens your skin and opens up pores. Step 2 removes blackheads and sebum. Step 3 helps tighten pores to minimise their appearance.

How To Use - Step 1: After cleansing and drying your face, place strip #1 on your nose for 5 minutes. Step 2: Wet nose, and place strip #2 on your nose until dry, which is about 10-15 minutes. Remove dried strip gently, starting from the edges. Step 3: Place strip #3 on nose for 5-10 minutes. Follow up with your regular skincare routine. Use once a week.

 After using strip #1 the skin on my nose felt really soft, once strip #2 was dry it was a little tough to get off and did leave some of the strip residue behind, but results could be clearly seen on the strip, strip #3 felt like jelly but overall all 3 strips were pretty much east to apply and remove and my nose was left feeling softer and smoother, I was able to see a difference from using the strips.

 Next we have a ETUDE HOUSE BLACK CHARCOAL CHIN PACK, this chin pack uses the power of charcoal to grab blackheads, oil and sebum to give you smooth skin, with the Witch Hazel leaf extract and the Aloe Vera leaf extract helping to refine pores.

How To Use - Wet chin with water. Remove clear film and apply onto chin. Let dry for 10-15 minutes. Remove gently starting from the edges.

 This chin pack is really easy and simple to apply and it came off really easily too without any residue being left behind like with the nose strip, my chin was left feeling soft and smooth and feeling cleaner.

 For October's box subscribers were given a sneak peak and the choice of whether they wanted the SKIN WATCHERS AC CLEARING FOAM CLEANSER or the SKIN WATCHERS AC CLEARING TONER. As you can see I chose the toner. This is a mild, pH balancing toner that removes pore-clogging dirt and oil to fight breakouts. The aloe Vera and tea tree extracts calm and soothe irritated skin. It is formulated without fragrances or alcohol and Skin Watchers doesn't test it's products on animals either.

How To Use - Dispense an appropriate amount onto cotton pad and sweep gently over your face and neck. Use at least twice a day.

I love the smell of this toner, it reminded me of something but I couldn't remember what it was that made it smell so familiar, it left my skin feel soft, smooth, refreshed and clean. I think this is one of the best toners I've used as I could see all the dirt on the cotton pad that the toner had removed that my cleanser hadn't making me feel that my skin was so much cleaner.

Next we have ETUDE HOUSE MY BEAUTY TOOL STRAWBERRY HAIR CURLERS, these hair curlers have a soft texture allowing you to sleep with them in your hair, reducing the time it takes to style your hair.

How To Use - Wrap hair around the grove of each curler and twist the bottom to secure. Leave in place for at least 1 hour. Use your favourite mousse or hairspray to enhance your curls.

I've not tested these I thought they would be a good Christmas present for someone who would get more use out of them, but now my hair is getting longer I would love to start changing up how I style my hair but I think I'll start easy and get a curling iron before I try something that for me I would find advanced.

 Lastly we have a RAMOSU KINDAL BUTTER MULTI BALM, this balm contains macadamia seed oil, jojoba seed oil and argan oil to smooth and moisturise your skin, from head to toe. The balm also contains centella asiatica extract to soothe irritation.

How To Use - Use on dry skin anywhere, such as cuticles, lips, heels and elbows. Mix with make-up such as lipstick to create a smooth texture. Apply a thin layer onto cheeks before applying foundation for a soft, dewy look.

I use this on my lips as I think it's perfect for the winter months, the smell reminds me of the Key Lime pie that I make, it really smells good enough to eat. I love the texture as it applies like a liquid and applies really easy. I am tempted to try it on my cheeks as it says before my foundation to see what it looks and feels like. I also think because of how it applies you will also get months worth of usage from it making the price worth it.

As you can tell I clearly loved every product from October's box and I'm super excited by the items we've received in our November box (yes it has arrived), I'm also really excited for December's box as with December's box I will have been a MISHIBOX subscriber for 2 years. I really recommend all the products in October's box especially the toner and I'm so glad I decided on the toner because of how it made my skin feel. 

Also remember ladies check your boobs and if you see or feel anything that's different from the norm, get to your doctors and checked out, it's better to be safe than sorry.
