Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Chilli Con Carne. In this kit you get Chipotle Spice Mix, Chilli Con Carne Stock and Cocoa Chilli Paste.

Make the rice.

Fry the beef.

Develop the flavours.

Serve!

I really liked this dish, all the flavours worked really well together. It all came together when you mixed the cheese with the chilli con carne as it added a little more flavour. We've had this again since, but I left out the kidney beans as Skye isn't a fan of them and it doesn't hinder the taste.

Next from this box I cooked the Santa Fe Chicken Salad. In this kit you get Ancho Chilli Rub, Grilled Pepper Mix and Cilantro Salsa Blend.

Heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6.

Season the chicken.

Prep the peppers.

Make the salsa.

Dress the salad.

Serve!

I really liked this dish, it's really easy and simple to make. I think this is the perfect dish when you're fancying a salad during the summer months as the salad is refreshing with the chicken. We've not had it since, but I think I need to add it to another box before the summer weather fully leaves us.

Next from this box I cooked the Cod & Chorizo Roasties. In this kit you get Smoky Paprika & lemon Mix, Herb Crust Blend and Saffron Aioli Mix.

We've had this dish a few times and it's really tasty and full of flavour. The Aioli works really well with the both the fish and the potato roasties. The chorizo adds an extra punch of flavour. Skye now has this dish with the cod as apart from prawns, she has come to enjoy cod too.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Sticky Korean Chicken Drumsticks. In this kit you get Korean Style Rub, Gochujang Glaze and Quick Chilli Pickle.

These are favourites of ours, the flavours always work well together and the chicken always cooks perfectly. It's always really juicy. I no longer tone down the gochujang and always add it all, I just drizzle less of the glaze over the chicken drumsticks that Skye will be having.

Each box is £11.78 or £9.99 if you click ship now, with your first box being a trial price of £3.

Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Malay-Style Wok Noodles. In this kit you get Mie Goreng Paste, Ketjap Manis and Chilli Garlic Sauce.

Boil a full kettle of water for the noodles.

Cook the noodles.

Start the stir-fry.

Finishing touches.

Serve!

The flavours worked really well together. This is a really easy dish to make and it's really quick to make. I really enjoyed this dish and would happily have it again.

Next from this box I cooked the Tamil Black Pepper Chicken. In this kit you get Black Pepper Paste, Tamil Style Rice Stock and Turmeric Yoghurt Seasoning.

Heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas Mark 7 and boil 250ml water in the kettle.

Cook the chicken.

Cook the pilau rice.

Make the turmeric yoghurt sauce.

Serve!

I loved the rice, I loved the raisins mixed in, it gave it a nice texture and added more flavour. The chicken cooked perfectly and worked well with all the flavours. I also loved the yoghurt sauce. I'll happily make this again.

Next from this box I cooked the Sticky Korean Chicken Drumsticks. In this kit you get Korean Style Rub, Gochujang Glaze and Quick Chilli Pickle.

We absolutely love this dish. It's a regular pick in our boxes. I love all the flavours and I've started adding most of the gochujang for the chicken and it cooks off nicely that even Skye isn't affected by the heat. I could also eat the dressing on it's own it's really tasty. Skye doesn't have it so I drizzle some on my chicken and use the rest for my rice.

Last from this box I cooked the Vietnamese Pork. In this kit you get Beef & Ginger Stock, Thit Kho Paste and Chilli Garlic Sauce.

Another dish that we tend to enjoy. The pork cooks perfectly and all the flavours really work together. It's definitely a hearty dish.

Now let me get to the business side of the Simply Cook boxes, each box comes with 4 recipe kits which include 3 pots of sauces, herb, stock etc, as well as 4 step-by-step recipe cards, that contain the full list of ingredients you'll need, and alternatives etc.
