Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.
First from this box I cooked the Malay-Style Wok Noodles. In this kit you get Mie Goreng Paste, Ketjap Manis and Chilli Garlic Sauce.
Boil a full kettle of water for the noodles.
Cook the noodles.
Start the stir-fry.
Finishing touches.
Serve!
The flavours worked really well together. This is a really easy dish to make and it's really quick to make. I really enjoyed this dish and would happily have it again.
Next from this box I cooked the Tamil Black Pepper Chicken. In this kit you get Black Pepper Paste, Tamil Style Rice Stock and Turmeric Yoghurt Seasoning.
Heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas Mark 7 and boil 250ml water in the kettle.
Cook the chicken.
Cook the pilau rice.
Make the turmeric yoghurt sauce.
Serve!
I loved the rice, I loved the raisins mixed in, it gave it a nice texture and added more flavour. The chicken cooked perfectly and worked well with all the flavours. I also loved the yoghurt sauce. I'll happily make this again.
Next from this box I cooked the Sticky Korean Chicken Drumsticks. In this kit you get Korean Style Rub, Gochujang Glaze and Quick Chilli Pickle.
We absolutely love this dish. It's a regular pick in our boxes. I love all the flavours and I've started adding most of the gochujang for the chicken and it cooks off nicely that even Skye isn't affected by the heat. I could also eat the dressing on it's own it's really tasty. Skye doesn't have it so I drizzle some on my chicken and use the rest for my rice.
Last from this box I cooked the Vietnamese Pork. In this kit you get Beef & Ginger Stock, Thit Kho Paste and Chilli Garlic Sauce.
Another dish that we tend to enjoy. The pork cooks perfectly and all the flavours really work together. It's definitely a hearty dish.
