Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.
First from this box I cooked the Murgh Kari. In this kit you get Garlic Paste, Murgh Kari Paste and Anisa's Seasoning.
If you're making this with potatoes too, get them boiling in a pan until tender.
Get the rice on.
Create the curry base.
Let it simmer.
Serve!
We've had this a few times, and each time is just as good as the first. This curry is really creamy and full of flavour. I've never done it with adding the potatoes, but I think the next time I make it, I'm going to add them to see if it adds more flavour and texture to it.
Next from this box I cooked the Churrasco Chicken. In this kit you get Piri Piri Glaze, Spicy Wedge Mix ad Saffron Seasoning.
Heat the oven too 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6 and bring a large pot of water to the boil.
Marinate the chicken.
Bake the chicken and the wedges.
Make the sweetcorn aioli.
Serve!
We liked the chicken and the potato wedges, the flavours were really nice and worked really well together. Neither myself or Skye were a fan of the aioli. I don't make it now when it appears in any other recipes, even this one.
Next from this box I cooked the Indochinese Hakka Noodles. In this kit you get Indochinese Spice Rub, Indochinese Paste and Hakka Sauce.
We love this dish, it always goes down a treat, and we've had it quite a few times since having it the first time. I love the flavours, everything in this dish just works so well together.
Lastly from this box I cooked the Scandi Style Salmon. In this kit you get Hasselback Potato Seasoning, Dill Pickle Mix and Scandi Salmon Rub.
Heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
Prepare the potatoes.
Ribbon the cucumber.
Bake the salmon.
Serve!
Whenever I make a dish which has fish, I always change Skye's to chicken as she isn't a fan. I loved the hasselback potatoes, so much so that, I now make them when I do a big dinner at the New Year as well as Easter. The salmon was flaking it apart it was cooked perfectly and the scandi salmon rub was really nice. I loved the little side salad with the cucumber and beetroot it was really nice and refreshing and worked perfectly with the dish.
