Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.
First from this box I cooked the Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles. In this kit you get Chilli Oil Mix, Dan Dan Stock and Sichuan Style Paste.
Make you own chilli oil.
Cook the pork mince.
Boil the noodles and veg.
I thought this recipe was really easy to follow and the flavours were really nice. I really enjoyed it. Skye seemed to enjoy it too. I'll happily make this again.
Next from this box I cooked the Indian Spiced Lentil Burger. In this kit you get Masala Burger Seasoning, Bombay Potato Wedge Mix and Red Onion Chutney.
First, heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
Get the wedges on.
Make the burgers.
Meanwhile, start the relish.
Cook the burgers.
Serve!
These were a no-no for both myself and Skye, while the flavours were nice, the texture was not for us. We're definitely not lentil fans, I don't think this vegetarian option is for us.
Next from this box I cooked the Nasi Goreng. In this kit you get Chilli Pickle Mix, Nasi Goreng Paste and Ketjap Manis.
Get a pan of water on to boil for the rice.
Prep the rice.
Meanwhile, prep the pickle.
Start the Nasi Goreng.
Fry the egg.
Serve!
I thought the flavours were really nice and worked well together. It was really easy to cook and wasn't too time consuming, even Skye seemed to enjoy it.
Last from this box I cooked the Indian Spiced Lamb Burgers. In this kit you get Masala Burger Seasoning, Bombay Potato Wedge Mix and Red Onion Chutney.
First, heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
Make the burgers.
Get the wedges on.
Meanwhile, make the relish.
Cook the burgers.
Serve!
This was the first time I've made burgers by hand and it was a lot easier than I expected it to be. I'll happily make these again, the flavours were really nice and I really enjoyed it, even Skye tucked in and enjoyed it, which I was not expecting.
