Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Spicy Sausage & Leek Pasta. In this kit you get Garlic Paste, Gochujang and Yasai Seasoning.

I love this dish, the favours always work really well together and it has a slight sweetness to it that works perfectly with the slight kick of the Gochujang. I always enjoy it whenever we have it.

Next from this box I cooked the Sticky Bangers 'N' Mash. In this kit you get Paprika Colcannon Mix, Smoky Chilli Glaze and Smoky Date Sauce.

We've had this dish a few times now and I always keep the mash plain and don't mix it with the cabbage or the Paprika Colcannon Mix. The first time we had this we weren't a fan of the mash, so we keep it to what we like. I definitely think the recipe has changed as we weren't really a fan of it all the first time, now it always tastes delicious.

Next from this box I cooked the Greek Chicken Gyros. In this kit you get Gyros Blend, Fries Seasoning and Mint & Garlic Sauce.

This is another dish we always enjoy. Skye has hers plain as you can see from the pictures as she's still a little picky when it comes to food like this, but I have everything and think it really adds to all the flavours. I don't tend to use much of the fries seasoning as for me the flavours get a little too much and not to my tastes. But I do give it a try each time we have this dish.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Black Bean Chicken. In this kit you get Black Bean Paste, Chilli Garlic Sauce and Fried Rice Seasoning.

I don't think we've had this dish since, the flavours were okay an worked well together but I can't say it's one of our favourites. I do cook more egg fried rice though.

Each box is £11.78 or £9.99 if you click ship now, with your first box being a trial price of £3.

Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Soy & Honey Salmon. In this kit you get Soy & Honey, Miso Glaze and Yasai Sauce.

I always find that this dish is full of flavour. The salmon is always cooked perfectly so that it flakes, the pal choi is delicious and the potatoes are always perfectly glazed and full of flavour. Skye still isn't a lover of salmon so I always cook her chicken breast and it all works together perfectly.

Next from this box I cooked the Spicy Sausage & Leek Pasta. In this kit you get Garlic Paste, Gochujang and Yasai Seasoning.

I love this dish it's full of flavour and perfectly spiced, I always make it milder as Skye can't handle a lot of heat in her food. The sausage really works well with the past as well as the leeks. I always miss out the frozen peas as I don't think they work really well with the dish, but that's pretty much down to the fact that I don't like peas.

Next from this box I cooked the Mexican Pork One-Pot. In this kit you get Cumin & Coriander Blend, Smoky Chipotle Paste and Mexican Stock Pot.

I really like this dish and loved the apple chunks, I thought they really add to the flavour. Skye wasn't as fussed about the apple. I think if I made this again, I'd miss out the black beans as they weren't for either of us. I feel like we need to give this dish another try as we really haven't had it many times.

Last from this box I cooked the West African Peanut Stew. In this kit you get Mali Style Spice Blend, Tomato Paste and Cocoa Spice Paste.

We've not had this dish many times as it's never really blown me away. For me there's not much flavour for it having peanut butter and I found the sauce to be a little runny, I would have preferred if the sauces was a little thicker.

Now let me get to the business side of the Simply Cook boxes, each box comes with 4 recipe kits which include 3 pots of sauces, herb, stock etc, as well as 4 step-by-step recipe cards, that contain the full list of ingredients you'll need, and alternatives etc.
You can choose which dishes you would like in your box, or you can leave it to the Simply Cook gang and let them randomly pick your dishes to enjoy. You can set your preferences whether you're wanting something mild to spicy, something family friendly, there's recipes from all around the world.
You can choose how often you would like your boxes, whether that would be weekly, fortnightly, or even every 4 weeks. You can also change, pause or even cancel your subscription at any time.

Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Sticky Korean Chicken Drumsticks. In this kit you get Korean Style Rub, Gochujang Glaze and Quick Chilli Pickle.

This is a favourite of ours, we have this one quite a lot. The chicken always cooks perfectly and is always juicy. It's definitely one of our favourites from Simply Cook. All the flavours work together perfectly. I always tone down the heat because Skye isn't a fan of spice but it still tastes amazing.

Next from this box I cooked the Chicken & Mushroom Risotto. In this kit you get Porcini Crumb, Risotto Stock and White Wine Reduction.

I think the chicken works really well with the risotto. The mushrooms give the risotto a but more texture and flavour, which I love. Skye on the other hand isn't always a fan of risotto. I always enjoy this dish.

Next from this box I cooked the Spicy Sausage & Leek Pasta. In this kit you get Garlic Paste, Gochujang and Yasai Seasoning.

I was sure I'd posted this dish before but I can't find it in any past Simply Cook posts, so there is no cooking directions here. But this dish is really nice. I'm sure we've had this a few times since and we always enjoy it. The only difference from this first time is that I no longer add the peas to the dish because I personally didn't think they worked.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Chicken Saag. In this kit you get Saag Paste, Punjabi Style Spice Mix and Saag Curry Stock.

Boil a full kettle of water.

Get the onion on.

Add the chicken and spices.

Finishing touches.

Serve!

This wasn't a dish for us, the flavours were okay. But I personally like my curries to have more sauce so I'm able to mix my rice with it. We've not had this dish since, but I'm sure there are people out there that love this dish.
