Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Chilli Con Carne. In this kit you get Chipotle Spice Mix, Chilli Con Carne Stock and Cocoa Chilli Paste.

Make the rice.

Fry the beef.

Develop the flavours.

Serve!

I really liked this dish, all the flavours worked really well together. It all came together when you mixed the cheese with the chilli con carne as it added a little more flavour. We've had this again since, but I left out the kidney beans as Skye isn't a fan of them and it doesn't hinder the taste.

Next from this box I cooked the Santa Fe Chicken Salad. In this kit you get Ancho Chilli Rub, Grilled Pepper Mix and Cilantro Salsa Blend.

Heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6.

Season the chicken.

Prep the peppers.

Make the salsa.

Dress the salad.

Serve!

I really liked this dish, it's really easy and simple to make. I think this is the perfect dish when you're fancying a salad during the summer months as the salad is refreshing with the chicken. We've not had it since, but I think I need to add it to another box before the summer weather fully leaves us.

Next from this box I cooked the Cod & Chorizo Roasties. In this kit you get Smoky Paprika & lemon Mix, Herb Crust Blend and Saffron Aioli Mix.

We've had this dish a few times and it's really tasty and full of flavour. The Aioli works really well with the both the fish and the potato roasties. The chorizo adds an extra punch of flavour. Skye now has this dish with the cod as apart from prawns, she has come to enjoy cod too.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Sticky Korean Chicken Drumsticks. In this kit you get Korean Style Rub, Gochujang Glaze and Quick Chilli Pickle.

These are favourites of ours, the flavours always work well together and the chicken always cooks perfectly. It's always really juicy. I no longer tone down the gochujang and always add it all, I just drizzle less of the glaze over the chicken drumsticks that Skye will be having.

Each box is £11.78 or £9.99 if you click ship now, with your first box being a trial price of £3.

Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Ancho Glazed Salmon. In this kit you get Spicy Rice Paste, Ancho Chilli Glaze and Salsa Seasoning.

Heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/ Gas Mark 6.

Get the rice on.

Prepare the salmon.

While the rice and salmon are cooking, make the salsa.

Serve!

While I had salmon, I swapped Skye's out for chicken, as she isn't a fan of fish.
The salmon flaked apart perfectly and tasted really nice. The rice was nice too, along with the salsa. The avocado and mango worked together really well.
I'd happily cook this again.

Next from this box I cooked the Penne Alla Rustica. In this kit you get Garlic & rosemary Mix, Rustica Paste and Red Pepper seasoning.

Since the first time cooking this, this has become one of our regular picks. All the flavours work really well together.

Next from this box I cooked the Crispy Pancetta Gnocchi. In this kit you get Roasted Garlic Blend, Gnocchi Herb Blend and Lemon & Black Pepper Sprinkle.
This is another dish we have quite regularly, the flavours are amazing and all work together really well.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Masala Lamb Chops. In this kit you get Masala Paste, Spice Blend and Mint Chutney.

Another dish that we have quite a lot, this is often requested by Skye, which I'm always happy to oblige and add it to the box, because it all tastes so good. Both of our plates are always left clean when we have this.

Now let me get to the business side of the Simply Cook boxes, each box comes with 4 recipe kits which include 3 pots of sauces, herb, stock etc, as well as 4 step-by-step recipe cards, that contain the full list of ingredients you'll need, and alternatives etc.
You can choose which dishes you would like in your box, or you can leave it to the Simply Cook gang and let them randomly pick your dishes to enjoy. You can set your preferences whether you're wanting something mild to spicy, something family friendly, there's recipes from all around the world.
You can choose how often you would like your boxes, whether that would be weekly, fortnightly, or even every 4 weeks. You can also change, pause or even cancel your subscription at any time.
Each box is £10.99, with your first box being a trial price of £3 and each box has free delivery.
