Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Chilli Con Carne. In this kit you get Chipotle Spice Mix, Chilli Con Carne Stock and Cocoa Chilli Paste.

Make the rice.

Fry the beef.

Develop the flavours.

Serve!

I really liked this dish, all the flavours worked really well together. It all came together when you mixed the cheese with the chilli con carne as it added a little more flavour. We've had this again since, but I left out the kidney beans as Skye isn't a fan of them and it doesn't hinder the taste.

Next from this box I cooked the Santa Fe Chicken Salad. In this kit you get Ancho Chilli Rub, Grilled Pepper Mix and Cilantro Salsa Blend.

Heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6.

Season the chicken.

Prep the peppers.

Make the salsa.

Dress the salad.

Serve!

I really liked this dish, it's really easy and simple to make. I think this is the perfect dish when you're fancying a salad during the summer months as the salad is refreshing with the chicken. We've not had it since, but I think I need to add it to another box before the summer weather fully leaves us.

Next from this box I cooked the Cod & Chorizo Roasties. In this kit you get Smoky Paprika & lemon Mix, Herb Crust Blend and Saffron Aioli Mix.

We've had this dish a few times and it's really tasty and full of flavour. The Aioli works really well with the both the fish and the potato roasties. The chorizo adds an extra punch of flavour. Skye now has this dish with the cod as apart from prawns, she has come to enjoy cod too.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Sticky Korean Chicken Drumsticks. In this kit you get Korean Style Rub, Gochujang Glaze and Quick Chilli Pickle.

These are favourites of ours, the flavours always work well together and the chicken always cooks perfectly. It's always really juicy. I no longer tone down the gochujang and always add it all, I just drizzle less of the glaze over the chicken drumsticks that Skye will be having.

Each box is £11.78 or £9.99 if you click ship now, with your first box being a trial price of £3.

Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Bokkeumbap. In this kit you get Garlic Paste, Gochujang and Doenjang.

Get a large pan of water on to boil.

Cook the rice.

Fry the cabbage.

Add the Korean flavours.

Fry the eggs.

Serve!

I absolutely love this dish, it's definitely one of my favourites. Skye seems to enjoy it too. The only thing I find time consuming with this recipe is chopping up the cabbage.
I love the flavours and find it really light to eat, it doesn't leave me feeling bloated.

Next from this box I cooked the Lamb Rogan Josh. In this kit you get Rogan Josh Paste, Garlic Paste and Lamb Stock.

Start the curry.

Add the veg.

Fry the lamb.

Serve!

I never thought I would be a fan of lamb, but this is really nice, It's full of flavour and it has the perfect amount of sauce. I would happily make this again.

Next from this box I cooked the Linguine with Courgette. In this kit you get Citrus & Chilli Paste, White Wine Reduction and Pomodoro Seasoning.

We've had this a few times and I always enjoy it. This dish is perfect for those summer months as I find it really creamy and refreshing. It's not too filling, so it doesn't leave you feeling bloated.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Chilli Con Carne. In this kit you get Chipotle Spice Mix, Chilli Con Carne Stock and Cocoa Chilli Paste.

Make the rice.

Fry the beef.

Develop the flavours.

Serve!

Skye isn't really a fan of Chilli Con Carne, but I think it's perfect with some crusty bread. With dishes like this one I have to make it really mild as Skye isn't goo with spicy food. This dish was really full of flavour, I'm not a big fan of kidney beans, so I think I will attempt it again without.

Now let me get to the business side of the Simply Cook boxes, each box comes with 4 recipe kits which include 3 pots of sauces, herb, stock etc, as well as 4 step-by-step recipe cards, that contain the full list of ingredients you'll need, and alternatives etc.
You can choose which dishes you would like in your box, or you can leave it to the Simply Cook gang and let them randomly pick your dishes to enjoy. You can set your preferences whether you're wanting something mild to spicy, something family friendly, there's recipes from all around the world.
You can choose how often you would like your boxes, whether that would be weekly, fortnightly, or even every 4 weeks. You can also change, pause or even cancel your subscription at any time.
Each box is £11.78 or £9.99 if you click ship now, with your first box being a trial price of £3.
