Today's song is definitely one of my favourites, I look forward to Christmas coming round each year to be able to listen to this song. This song has been making an appearance in my countdown since 2020 and I don't see it stopping any time soon.
Today's song comes from one of mine and Skye's favourite Christmas films; Klaus. This song is stunning and takes me right back to the film.
If you haven't watched Klaus yet then I highly recommend it, it's a bit of a slow start film, but by the end you'll be glad you watched it. It always makes me cry.
Today's song hasn't appeared again on my countdown since 2015 when I first started doing this musical advent calendar, but it's definitely not that last time these singers appeared. I love this song, the singers and the album it's from.

Today's song is The Andrews Sisters' 'Merry Christmas Polka'.
I wait all year to be able to listen to this song and the album it's from, I love that it starts of making you think that it's going to be a completely different song and then boom, you can't help singing and dancing along, it's definitely one of my favourite of the more modern Christmas songs.

Today's song is Girls' Generation-TTS' 'Dear Santa'.
Whenever I hear this song, I can't help but think about what sort of future Skye and the rest of her generation have with the constant threat of not only terrorist attacks but also with the fear of Kim Jong-un's need to create atomic weapons and rule the world. I'm sure we're far from the world that John Lennon envisioned when he wrote this song, but today it's not him singing the track, today it's sung by a South Korean singer and songwriter called J-min. I love her vocals on this song and it's one of my favourite tracks off SM's winter album: The Warmest Gift.
Today's song is J-min's rendition of Happy Xmas (War is Over)
I wouldn't necessarily class this is you typical Christmas song even though use sleigh bell sounds, they don't really sing a bout Christmas but I LOVE the music video for this song. GOT7 take over a school gym and allow pupils from the school to confess to his and her crush, I found it so touching that I couldn't help but tear up at them helping people who were no doubt nervous and scared to confess. GOT7 confirmed that each couple got a happy ending and I would be curious to find out if these couples were still together now.
It's December 15th and 10 more sleeps till the big day, 9 more sleeps till he's on his sleigh delivering all those presents.
Today's song I think is one for the kids and a song that probably gets sung at every school's Christmas concert, I know I definitely remember singing this at school.
'Rudolph the red nosed reindeer had a very shiny nose and if you ever saw it you would even say it glows'
