Lets get stuck into another box from GRAZE.

Each box comes with 4 healthy portioned snacks, that is picked by the Graze team based on your preferences when you subscribe, you also get a little info card that tells you whats in each of your snack pots.

First up we have VEGGIE PROTEIN POWER, this snack pot contains black pepper cashews, spicy chickpeas and edamame beans.

- 130 calories
- High in fibre
- Source of copper
- High in protein
- Suitable for vegans
This was not a snack pot for me, I wasn't a fan of the edamame beans, I don't eat them when I go for sushi so I wasn't surprised I didn't like these either. I thought the spicy chickpeas were nice, but the spicy kick to them was a little too much for me. I really liked the the black pepper cashews, they were full of flavour and they were the only thing I could eat from this snack pot, this was the first time I struggled to eat everything from a snack pot.

Next we have HEART HEALTHY NUTS, this snack pot contains redskin peanuts, Brazil buts, almonds and pecan nuts.
The Benefits - This snack pot contains Vitamin B1 which helps keep your heart functioning normally as well a Vitamin E, which protects your cells from oxidative stress. Also this snack pot is high in copper, manganese and selenium, which are nutrients that work together to support your metabolism and immune system.
- High in copper
- High in manganese
- Source of Vitamin E
- Suitable for vegans
For me redskin peanuts have a weird aftertaste and puts me off from finishing them, they're definitely not for me, I was the same with the pecan nuts as they're not a snack for me and struggled to eat them. On the positive side I really liked the almonds and Brazil nuts, they really had a nice flavour to them. I've really debated whether to keep this snack pot on my snack list as I only like half of the ingredients.

Next we have COOKIES & CREAM, this snack pot contains sunflower seeds, mini cocoa cookies, Belgian white chocolate buttons and Cornish cocoa fudge.
The Benefits - the sunflower seeds are the nutritional core for this snack, they are high in vitamin E, which helps protect your cells from stress, as well as a source of vitamin B1 and copper which work together to support your metabolism and immune system.
- Source of fibre
- High in vitamin E
- Suitable for vegetarians
I really don't like the sunflower seeds, so I always leave them when I get them in a snack pot, it was no different for me with this snack pot, I gave them a try and they weren't for me. I normally love fudge but I don't think cocoa fudge is for me, I'll stick to my usual vanilla fudge. I absolutely loved the white chocolate buttons and the cookies, the white chocolate really adds to the cream factor of the snack pot.

Lastly we have HONEYCOMB FLAPJACK, in this snack pot contains honeycomb flapjack.
The Benefits - These flapjacks are made in small batches meaning the whole rolled oats keep their natural goodness. This snack is a source of fibre, vitamin A and manganese, which are nutrients that work together to support the immune system and protect cells from oxidative stress.
- Source of fibre
- Source of vitamin A
- Source of manganese
- Made with whole oats
- Suitable for vegans
This flapjack is very moreish, I loved the flavours. It was soft and chewy, which is just how I like my flapjacks to be, I could snack on the flapjack again and a again.

It's time for another Graze review.

First up we have VITAMIN E DEFENCE, this snack contains cranberries, Chilean flame raisins, roasted hazelnuts and redskin peanuts.

- High in manganese
- Source of vitamin E and copper

I actually liked this a lot more than I did than the first time I tried it, I thought the flavours really worked well together this time round. All the flavours were nice together as well as a part, I thought the flavour and texture combinations were really nice.

The cookies were very moreish and they tasted really nice and had a nice crunch to them, I wasn't really a fan of the fudge which is surprising as I normally love fudge. I was also surprised that I didn't mind the sunflower seeds too much as I normally don't like them, I really enjoyed them this time round. The chocolate buttons were divine, and my favourite part of the snack pot. Altogether the flavours and textures worked really well together.

Next up we have THE CHEESE BOARD, this snack pot contains cheddar cheese bruschetta, cheese flavoured almonds, cheese flavoured cashews and Gouda puffs.
The Benefits - This snack pit uses nuts to give you a source of protein for healthy muscles and bones.
- Source of protein
- Source of fibre
- Suitable for vegetarians
- Under 150 calories per serving

This snack pot smelt really nice, I loved all the individual flavours, this snack pot worked really well together as well as eating it all individually. I loved all the different textures, this snack pot is a definite keeper.

Lastly we have a LEMON & POPPY CAKE WITH AN AFTERNOON INFUSION, this snack pot contains lemon & poppy cake and and afternoon tea infusion.
The Benefits - To make the lemon & poppy cake butter is replaced with rapeseed oil, this is because rapeseed oil only contains 7% saturated fat compared to butter which has 51% fat, it's also a good source for omega 3 and omega 6.
- 89 calories
- Suitable for vegetarians

This is one of my Graze snack pot favourites, I love the lemon flavour and the cake is very moreish. I also love the afternoon infusion tea and think it compliments and goes with the cake very well.

GRAZE

Four years ago I subscribed to receive graze boxes, which is a subscription box of healthy and portion controlled snacks set up by 7 friends 9 years ago, even the boxes themselves are environmentally friendly, with everything within and including the box being made so that they are 100% biodegradable as well as 100% recyclable. I recycle everything I am able to at home and have seen a big drop in how full our bin gets at home.
I eventually stopped my subscription as receiving them weekly, felt like that they had become a burden and I lost my interest in trying the snacks they were sending me and each box was just piling up in the cupboard to the point the snack pots were out of date by the time I decided to eat them. I was still signed up to received up dates from them and a couple of weeks ago decided to get my Graze box back on and start getting boxes again, this time I get the boxes fortnightly.

Each box comes with 4 healthy portioned snacks, that is picked by the Graze team based on your preferences when you subscribe, you also get a little info card that tells you whats in each of your snack pots.

First up we have POPPY SEED & ONION BAGEL, this snack pot contains poppy seed and onion sesame sticks as well as cheese flavoured cashews and roasted pumpkin seeds.
The Benefits - this snack is a perfect baked not fried alternative to crisps, it's less than 250 calories and a source of fibre, it's high in copper and a source phosphorus, magnesium and manganese, which are nutrients needed for energy metabolism and work together to to support the immune system and protect cells from oxidative stress.
- Source of fibre
- High in copper
- Source of phosphorus, magnesium and manganese
- Suitable for vegetarians
I loved the cheese flavoured cashews, they were really nice but I wasn't really a fan of either the pumpkin seeds or the sesame sticks and sadly because it wasn't really to my tastes decided to bin the snack on graze so that I wouldn't receive it again in future boxes.

Next we have BONNIE WEE OATBAKES, this snack pot contains Scottish cheese and chive oatbakes and caramelised red onion marmalade.
The Benefits - the oatcakes are made from wholegrain oats, providing an source of fibre, each serving is only 117 calories, making it a light afternoon pick me up.
- Source of fibre
- Suitable for vegetarians
- Crunchy and light alternative to crisps

I love these, they are in my love section for what I want to receive in future boxes, they have been since I got it in one of my past boxes a few years ago. The onion marmalade is really nice, it's sweet with a bit of a kick and goes really well with the oatbakes, even the oatbakes on their own taste really nice and they're really moreish, I'd love to have these everyday as a snack.

This smells really nice and really went well together, although I'm not a fan of the sunflower seeds and would prefer it without them, I still think it's a good snack combination. The cookies are divine and melt on the tongue, with the fudge and chocolate buttons all also tasting really nice on their own as well as part of the snack as a whole.

Lastly we have LEMON DRIZZLE FLAPJACK, this snack pot contains zesty lemon curd flapjack.
The Benefits - their flapjacks are baked in small batches meaning the whole rolled oats keep all their natural goodness, making it a healthy snack with a source of fibre and manganese, which is a nutrient that supports the immune system and protects the cells from oxidative stress.
- Source of fibre
- Source of manganese
- Suitable for vegetarians
- Made with whole oats
This is another of my love it snacks from Graze, this flapjack is moreish and so soft and moist and smells divine, it's honestly the best flapjack I've ever tasted and as a whole my favourite snack from this Graze box. I would love the recipe for this flapjack so I can make it myself and share with family and friends.
