Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Chicken Parmigiana. In this kit you get Rich Tomato Paste, Herb Crumb and Garlic & Chilli Mix.

We always enjoy this dish. We've had it a few times and it always goes down a treat, the flavours work really well together. I love the cheese with the tomato sauce. I always find it odd to have spaghetti with this dish, but it does work together.

Next from this box I cooked the Cuban Mojo Pasta. In this Kit you get Mojo Seasoning, Garlic Paste and White Wine Reduction.

Boil a pan of salted water for the pasta.

Get the past on.

Meanwhile, sear the veg.

Fry the veg.

Add the cream.

Serve!

This dish is really nice, we've had this a few times and always enjoy it. This is a really good vegetarian dish. It's really easy to make and full of flavour. I'd definitely add the broccoli next time to add a bit of colour to the dish.

Next from this box I cooked the Chicken Katsu Curry. In this kit you get Pickled Salad Mix, Katsu Curry Paste and Gochujang Sauce.

This a favourite of ours and we always enjoy having it. All the flavours work really well together, and I have to say I still find it better than from restaurants.

Last from this box I cooked the BBQ Tandoori Chicken. In this kit you get Sweet Potato Seasoning, Smoked Chilli Blend and Tandoori Paste.

Skye still isn't a fan of sweet potato, so I did her normal potato wedges. I've also switched to using chicken breasts as I'm not a fan of the thigh, which the flavours still work really well with. I still love all the flavours and the salad works really well with everything.

French Toast

I always make sure that on Christmas day morning, me and Skye always have something extra special for breakfast and last year, for the first time, I made us French Toast.
I came across this easy recipe from BBC Good Food, while hunting for a quick and easy recipe.

Let's get baking!

Ingredients:
2 Large eggs
80ml Whole milk
40ml Double cream
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
4 Thick slices brioche
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 tbsp Butter
Icing Sugar (Optional)
Fresh berries (Optional)
Maple syrup (Optional)

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, vanilla extract and cinnamon.

Using a shallow dish, lay the brioche slices and pour the egg mixture over the brioche slices.
Allow the mixture to soak for 2-3 minutes, then carefully turn over and soak for a further 2 minutes.

Next heat 1 tbsp of oil and butter in a non-stick pan over a medium heat until foaming.
Carefully lift 2 slices of the brioche out of the dish and into the frying pan and fry for 3 minutes on each side, until golden, and crisp. The place on a wire rack over a baking tray in a warm oven, while cooking the remaining brioche slices.

Once all cooked, you're ready to serve.
I served mine with some maple syrup, fresh strawberries and a dusting of icing sugar, Skye had the same minus the maple syrup.

This recipe was really quick and easy to follow and for me was super delicious, they flavours were spot on, I'd happily cook it again.
Skye wasn't too fussed but she definitely enjoyed the strawberries.
This is a perfect breakfast treat for any occasion.

If you would like to follow the original recipe, the head over to Easy French Toast recipe page over on the BBC Good Food website.

First cooked from this box we have the Crispy Pancetta Gnocchi. In this kit you get Roasted Garlic Blend, Gnocchi Herb Blend and Lemon & Black Pepper Sprinkle.

Boil a full kettle of water.

Cook the gnocchi.

Fry the pancetta.

Make the sauce.

Serve!

This was really nice, I loved all the flavours, the pancetta with the gnocchi was perfect, I'd love to try and make it a little crispier next time.
I'm not sure if Skye was a fan but, we'll be giving it another try sometime soon.

Next from this box I cooked the Mie Goreng. In this kit you get Mie Goreng Paste, Ketjap Manis and Chilli Glaze Sauce.

Boil a full kettle of water.

Cook the noodles.

Start the stir-fry.

Finishing touches.

Serve!

I did the optional extra of cooked chicken because Skye doesn't like prawns, seafood or fish in general, so wanted to make sure she was able to have something she would like with it.
I liked this dish, I thought it was full of flavour and everything worked really well together.

Next cooked from this box we have the West African Peanut Stew. In this kit you get Mali Style Spice Blend, Tomato Paste and Cocoa Spice Paste.

Fry the Okra.

Cook the chicken in the spices.

Add the tomatoes and peanut butter.

Serve!

Instead of the rice that's in the recipe, I decided to make mash potatoes with having it on a Sunday, and I couldn't get my hands on Okra which I want to try, especially for this dish. I also swapped the peanut butter for some almond butter as Skye didn't like it with the peanut butter the first time I cooked this.
I personally preferred it with both the mash and almond butter, the creamy mash worked really well with the sauce from this dish. I loved the flavoured and the chicken was perfectly cooked.
I will definitely give this a go again.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Chipotle Grilled Steak Salad. In this kit you get Lemon & Herb Blend, Ancho Steak Rub & Chipotle Paste.
