Today's song is one of Skye's favourite songs, and while it doesn't sound like your typical Christmas songs, it does come from one of my favourite Christmas albums.
As we head into Christmas week, everyone is getting their final gifts, getting them wrapped and handing them out, along with getting everything they need for their Christmas dinner and festivities. So I thought today's song would be perfect for today.

Today's song is 'Making Christmas' from The Nightmare Before Christmas.
It wasn't till I heard this version of this song that I really fell in love with, I can no longer think about Christmas without hearing this track. The beauty of the vocals is perfection, it never fails to make me a little tearful.

Today's song is Zhang Li Yin's version of 'The First Noel'.
December 19th: If you follow any of my social media accounts you will have seen that myself, as well as the rest of the K-pop world were in mourning as we learnt of the untimely passing of SHINee's JongHyun. The next 2 days songs have been changed because of this devastating news, people may think it's odd to grieve for a celebrity and someone who you've never met but the past 3 years I've felt like JongHyun and the rest of SHINee have become members of my family as well as friends, which is why I feel yesterdays news has affected me the way it has. It's clear JongHyun was one of those people you could turn to when you were struggling and needed a friend and he would hold out his hand and give the comfort and support. At some of my lows I have turned to SHINee to guide me back and brighten my mind from dark thoughts. You did well JongHyun, you worked extremely hard and made a mark in so many people's lives, my love, thoughts and tears are with his family, friends and SHINee members. Kim JongHyun THANK YOU for being born, THANK YOU for living for as long as you felt you could. THANK YOU for your hard work and amazing talent. From the bottom of my broken heart and SHAWOLS around the world WELL DONE and farewell. Today's song is SHINee's Colorful.
Today's song is another song that I grew up hearing being played on the radio and music channels every Christmas. It's not one of the old classics like White Christmas but it's a song that as I've got older, I've come to enjoy listening to each Christmas. Whenever it comes on I can't help but sing along, I love that there's songs that are still well loved and received years after they were originally released. I want to dedicate today's track for anyone that works away and has or is yet to finish work for the Christmas season and has to drive home for Christmas.
I was too tired and busy yesterday to post yesterdays song so today you get two windows opened.

This song I believe wasn't orginaly released to be a Christmas song it was an anti-war song but because of the line wish I was at home for Christmas and the brass band arrangements made it appropriate to play at that time of the year and 35 years later is still played at Christmas time making it one of those Christmas classics.
