Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Chicken Parmigiana. In this kit you get Rich Tomato Paste, Herb Crumb and Garlic & Chilli Mix.

We always enjoy this dish. We've had it a few times and it always goes down a treat, the flavours work really well together. I love the cheese with the tomato sauce. I always find it odd to have spaghetti with this dish, but it does work together.

Next from this box I cooked the Cuban Mojo Pasta. In this Kit you get Mojo Seasoning, Garlic Paste and White Wine Reduction.

Boil a pan of salted water for the pasta.

Get the past on.

Meanwhile, sear the veg.

Fry the veg.

Add the cream.

Serve!

This dish is really nice, we've had this a few times and always enjoy it. This is a really good vegetarian dish. It's really easy to make and full of flavour. I'd definitely add the broccoli next time to add a bit of colour to the dish.

Next from this box I cooked the Chicken Katsu Curry. In this kit you get Pickled Salad Mix, Katsu Curry Paste and Gochujang Sauce.

This a favourite of ours and we always enjoy having it. All the flavours work really well together, and I have to say I still find it better than from restaurants.

Last from this box I cooked the BBQ Tandoori Chicken. In this kit you get Sweet Potato Seasoning, Smoked Chilli Blend and Tandoori Paste.

Skye still isn't a fan of sweet potato, so I did her normal potato wedges. I've also switched to using chicken breasts as I'm not a fan of the thigh, which the flavours still work really well with. I still love all the flavours and the salad works really well with everything.

Now let me get to the business side of the Simply Cook boxes, each box comes with 4 recipe kits which include 3 pots of sauces, herb, stock etc, as well as 4 step-by-step recipe cards, that contain the full list of ingredients you'll need, and alternatives etc.
You can choose which dishes you would like in your box, or you can leave it to the Simply Cook gang and let them randomly pick your dishes to enjoy. You can set your preferences whether you're wanting something mild to spicy, something family friendly, there's recipes from all around the world.
You can choose how often you would like your boxes, whether that would be weekly, fortnightly, or even every 4 weeks. You can also change, pause or even cancel your subscription at any time.
Each box is £11.78 or £9.99 if you click ship now, with your first box being a trial price of £3.

First from this box I cooked the Chicken Parmigiana. In this kit you get Rich Tomato Paste, Herb Crumb and Garlic & Chilli Mix.

Heat the over to 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6/ Put the kettle on for the 4th step.

Get the chicken on.

Meanwhile, make the sauce.

Assemble the parmigiana.

Prepare the beans.

Serve!

We've had this a few times and I really like the flavours. I did find it odd to have pasta with it as it's something that I didn't think would go together. I think this would go well with some potatoes too.

Next from this box I cooked the Teriyaki Salmon Donburi. In this kit you get Rice Stock, Teriyaki Sauce and Yasai Seasoning.

Cook the rice.

Marinate and grill the salmon.

Meanwhile, cook the veg.

Serve!

I love this dish, it's really nice and full of flavour. Skye doesn't like fish, so whenever I cook a fish dish, I cook her some chicken, so that while we're not having the same dish, she still gets the flavours of this recipe.

Next from this box I cooked the Italian Beef Ragu. In this kit you get Ragu Herb Mix, Red Wine Reduction an Ragu Stock.

We loved this dish, so we were gutted when I went to add it to our next box and it was gone. The flavours in this dish are delicious and I could only hope they bring it back one day. I know Skye would love that as it was one of her favourites.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Sicilian Roast Chicken, In this kit you get Lemon & Herb Rub, Smoky Mash Mix and Mediterranean Spice Mix.

I love this dish, I often get it for us to have as Sunday lunch, but it's a perfect dish for any day of the week.
I don't tend to add a lot of the smoky mash mix and I tend to leave out the onions now as, they're not really for us. I prefer my mash creamy and without lumps. I pour the drizzle over everything because it works well with all the flavours.
