Each box comes with 4 healthy portioned snacks, that is picked by the Graze team based on your preferences when you subscribe, you also get a little info card that tells you what's in each of your snack pots.

First up we have CHINESE STYLE HONEY SESAME, this snack pot contains edamame beans, sesame chia peanuts, black pepper almonds and wild rice sticks.
The Benefits - This snack pot is a source of fibre and protein which will help your body to build muscle. The veggie snacks are all made with natural plant protein sources, which are carefully seasoned by the GRAZE taste experts.
- Source of fibre
- Source of protein
- Suitable for vegetarians
Edamame beans are not for me, and I've got to the point that I just don't even try them now.
The wild rice sticks for me tasted too bland.
I thought the black pepper almonds were really nice, I didn't find the black pepper too overpowering.
The sesame chia peanuts were really nice, they had a slight sweetness to them which I really liked.
Overall this is an okay snack pot, but I'm not really sure it's a snack pot that's for me, I think I'll give it one last try before deciding where it stays in the like list or goes into the dislike list.

Next we have SWEET AND SALTY CHOCOLATE CURIOSITIES, this snack pot contains almonds, salted coated peas, dark chocolate salted edamame beans and baked salted peanuts.
The Benefits - This snack pot gives you protein from the beans and nuts as well as fibre from the veg, meaning you can indulge on the dark chocolate while gaining benefits.
- High in fibre
- Source of protein
- Source of vitamin E
- Suitable for vegetarians
I thought the almonds were nice.
I also thought the peanuts were okay, but they were a little salty for my taste buds, peanuts are also not really one of my snacks of choice.
I wasn't a fan of the salted coated peas, they were really salty, too salty for my liking.
I also didn't like the dark chocolate salted edamame beans, even though I'm not a fan of edamame beans, I thought I'd give these a try with them being coated with chocolate, but the dark chocolate was too bitter for me.
Sadly this snack pot was put into my dislike group as there were just too many negatives for me to think about keeping it to try again.

Next we have SALT & VINEGAR CRUNCH, this snack pot contains salt & vinegar broad beans, salt & vinegar corn hoops and salt & vinegar corn.
The Benefits - This snack pot is packed with fibre and veg, a salt & vinegar-coated combination of corn, broad beans and corn hoops.
- High in fibre
- Packed with veg
- Suitable for vegans
I love this snack pot, everything is seasoned really well and I think it's a perfect alternative to a packet of salt & vinegar crisps.
I'd happily have this snack pot as a snack each day rather than a packet of crisps.

Lastly we have a COCOA ORANGE SUPERFOOD FLAPJACK, this snack pot contains a cocoa and orange quinoa flapjack.
The Benefits - All of Grazes flapjacks are baked in small batches, so the whole rolled oats keep their natural goodness, making this flapjack a source of fibre and manganese, a nutrient which supports an energy-yielding metabolism and protects cells from oxidative stress.
- Source of fibre
- Source of manganese
- Suitable for vegetarians and vegans
This flapjack smells absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't wait to get stuck in.
It tasted more of chocolate, with a slight hint of orange, but it still tasted really nice.
This flapjack was really soft and chewy, which is what I love from a flapjack, it's definitely added to my love list.

Let me start off by saying a big NO! NO! NO! to the redskin peanuts, no matter how many times i try them, I just don't like them.
I loved both the black pepper cashews and the unsalted roasted cashews and I thought the black pepper almonds were okay.
Overall I think this snack pot is full of flavour and really enjoyable minus the redskin peanuts.

I thought the almonds were okay and I really liked the baked salted peanuts and the salted coated peas. I'm not normally a fan of edamame beans, but I thought they were really nice with the dark chocolate, which is another thing I don't tend to like.

Next we have OUR VERSION OF COFFEE WALNUT CAKE, this snack pot contains walnuts, Chilean flame raisins and milk chocolate coffee beans.
The Benefits - Walnuts are a source of omega-3, which helps keep your cholesterol levels in check, they're also a source of manganese, which helps maintain healthy bones and protects cells from oxidative stress
- High in omega-3
- Source of manganese
- Contains real coffee beans
- Suitable for vegetarians
Like redskin peanuts, walnuts are just not for me, I find they have a really odd taste.
I love the Chilean flame raisins, they're really juicy and full of flavour, and I absolutely loved the milk chocolate coffee beans, they're soft with a little crunch and full of flavour.

Lastly we have an ORIGINAL PROTEIN FLAPJACK, this snack pot contains an original protein flapjack.
The Benefits - All GRAZE's flapjacks are baked in small batches, meaning the whole rolled oats keep all their natural goodness, making their flapjacks a source of fibre and manganese, which are nutrients that support the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress. The linseeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds which are added to the mixture makes this flapjack a powerhouse of essential minerals, fibre and protein.
This flapjack smells really nice, you can really smell the golden syrup. I really liked the crunchy texture, and the golden syrup made the flapjack taste sweet, other than that I was a little disappointed as I thought it was a little bland. I'd happily munch on this flapjack again though, which is a bonus.

I thought the flavours were a little weird for me, but I liked the almonds I thought they were nice, I really liked the baked salted peanuts, and thought that there was a nice chilli kick to the cashews. Overall I think this is a nice savoury snack pot.

Sadly this is a snack pot that if I saw it on the shelves in a store, I wouldn't be grabbing it to snack on. Even though I thought it was enjoyable, I just couldn't finish it. I thought the almonds were nice, and I really liked the salted coated peas, which I didn't think I would, as well as really enjoying the baked salted peanuts. I'm not really a fan of dark chocolate or edamame beans, but I thought they worked really well together, I just found the dark chocolate a little overpowering for my taste buds.

Next we have AMARETTI AND ALMOND CHOCOLATE CURIOSITIES, this snack pot contains blanched almonds, cocoa dusted almonds, dark chocolate roasted chickpeas and amaretti drops.
The Benefits - this snack pot gives you protein from all the nuts as well as protein from all the veg, meaning you can also indulge on the chocolate while gaining benefits.

I thought this snack pot smelt gorgeous, I liked the blanched almonds, which is something I don't often like, I really liked the dark chocolate roasted chickpeas, they were just like chocolate coated biscuits, the dark chocolate was also just right for me. I loved the amaretti drops, which I always do, I just love getting these in my snack pots. Sadly though I wasn't a fan of the cocoa dusted almonds, the cocoa powder was too overpowering for me.

Lastly we have a LEMON & POPPY CAKE WITH AN AFTERNOON INFUSION, this snack pot contains lemon & poppy cake and and afternoon tea infusion.
The Benefits - To make the lemon & poppy cake butter is replaced with rapeseed oil, this is because rapeseed oil only contains 7% saturated fat compared to butter which has 51% fat, it's also a good source for omega 3 and omega 6.

This whole snack pot smells absolutely gorgeous, I couldn't wait to get stuck into the cake. The cake is mouthwatering, it's soft and full of flavour and works really well with the tea. This snack pot together is a perfect reason to stop whatever you're doing and have an afternoon break and snack.
