Well a little later than I was wanting to get this post done, shall we get stuck into the goodies in the March MISHIBOX.

 First up we have a DR. SMIS HYALU AQUA MASK PACK, this mask pack is made with ultra-thin transparent mask sheet that adheres to your skin like no other to deliver moisture effectively. It's main ingredients are Hyaluronic Acid and EGF, which helps increase moisture and improve skin elasticity. With the addition of Niacinamide helps brighten your skin tone. It also has a slightly low pH, which is ideal for balancing skin.

How To Use - After cleansing and toning, place the sheet mask onto your face for 15-20 minutes. Pat any remaining essence to improve absorption.

I thought this mask pack smelt okay and was easy to apply. It was cooling on my skin and I liked that essence was more of a creamy texture rather than a liquid essence. It left my skin feeling moisturised, even though after removing my skin did feel slightly tacky and a little greasy, making me want to go wash my face.

Next up we have a GRAYMELIN EGGPLANT BUBBLE PAD, this is said to be a super-convenient one-step cleansing pad. When exposed to air, it bubbles up for effective cleansing and it's said that only one pad is required to effectively remove makeup and to cleanse your skin. AHA, BHA and PHA help to gently exfoliate your skin, and Eggplant Fruit Extract helps to brighten and moisturise skin.

How To Use - Remove pad from pouch. Use a gentle, circular motion to cleanse your skin. Use the pink side for stronger exfoliation. Rinse with water and pat dry.

I thought this cleansing pad smelt really nice and really easy and simple to use. I was blown away by how quick and easy this pad removed my makeup. I always enjoy being a little skeptical about what the info card says about the products to be blown away by the actual results. It was effective straight away and didn't leave my eyes or lash line feeling sore or sensitive, it also left my skin feeling soft and really clean. I'd happily buy more of these and use them to regularly remove my makeup.

Next up we have an RE,DNA GALACTOMYCES AMPULE, this ampule contains 97% Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate that has numerous benefits; it promotes skin elasticity, brightens skin, minimises the appearance of pores, moisturises skin and smooths skin.

How To Use - After cleansing and toning, apply an adequate amount onto skin. Use up to twice a day.

To give this product a proper test I used 1 dropper, twice a day. There isn't really a scent to which makes you think that there really isn't any added ingredients which could be harmful to your skin. The consistency is just like your applying water to your face, it left my skin feeling soft, smooth and moisturised as well as looking healthier.

Next up we have a MILKY DRESS OASIS PEELING GEL, this gel gently removes dead skin cells to visibly improve skin complexion. The info card states that your skin will feel so much smoother after just a single use. It contains Sodium Hyaluronate so it doesn't dry out your skin, it also contains Lemon Extract and Grapefruit Extract which helps with brightening dull skin.

How To Use - After cleansing, pat skin dry. Apply an adequate amount onto your face, avoiding your eyes and lips, and gently massage for 1-2 minutes. Rinse with warm water, then follow up with your normal skincare routine. Use up to twice a week.

I thought that this gel smelt really nice, I like that you can feel and see the dead skin cells coming away as it means you can see and feel it actually working. It starts working as soon as you start massaging it into your skin. My skin was left feeling soft and smooth as well as feeling like I had given my skin a deep clean. I now use this on a regular basis and seen a big improvement in my skin.

Lastly we have a GRAYMELIN DAY BY DAY CREAM, there are 4 different creams available, with all 4 targeting different skin concerns: moisture, dullness, elasticity and redness. If you do have the full set then you can vary your skincare routine depending on your skins condition that day. You can also target specific areas with the different creams. (1) The Moist Icecream contains Beta Glucan, Aloe Vera Leaf Extract and Sodium Hyaluronate to mositurise dry skin. (2) The V5 Multi Vita Cream contains Niacinamide and Vitamins A, C and E to brighten dull skin. (3) The Collagen Repair Cream contains Adenosine and Hydrolyzed Collagen to improve skin elasticity. Finally (4) the Cica Solution Cream uses Tea Tree Extract, Chamomile Extract and Centella Asiatica Extract to calm red and irritated skin.

How To Use - After cleansing and toning, apply an adequate amount onto affected areas. Use up to twice a day.

I got the (3) Collagen Repair Cream, which I think was the best one for me to receive with me getting older, I need to start taking more care of my skin. I think it smells really nice and it left my skin feeling soft, smooth and moisturised. I use this as my regular moisturiser and would happily recommend.

I pay £19.85 a month including shipping for my box and I'm sure you can see from the products you get it's really worth the investment even with the extra charges for the box from my bank it's still a worthwhile subscription. You really get more than your moneys worth from the box, these boxes are extremely popular and sell out really fast so if you interested I would suggest being quick to avoid disappoint. You can even buy 3, 6 and 12 month gift subscription boxes as well as one-time-only boxes for the month they are prepping and taking subscriptions for, prices are the same as above.

I was really happy with March's MISHIBOX, even if it did take me a while to actually get this post written. I would have to say my favourite products were the Oasis Peeling Gel, the Eggplant Bubble Pad and the Day By Day cream, those three products really blew me away and left me wanting to use and purchase again in the future. One thing I've noticed about these products too is that two of the products were created by Graymelin, it just shows how much they take skincare seriously. I now have my April MISHIBOX and can't wait to get stuck into it and get trying out the products within.

MISHIBOX: January Unboxing & Review

It's time to get stuck into January's MISHIBOX goodies.

First up we have A'PIEU NONCO TEA TREE SPOT PATCH, each pack contains one sheet that has six small and six large patches, they are used to help soothe and treat trouble spots, each patch contains tea tree essential oil, grape seed oil and hyaluronic acid.
How To Use - After cleansing and drying your face, apply the patch to the desired are. Leave on for 8-12 hours. Remove the patch after the recommended duration.

I'm sure we've had these before, in fact I got these in my first ever MISHIBOX back in December 2015 and I never got to try them as it's very rare that I have any spot break outs. I misplaced my last packet but I will be keeping these handy this time as I always seem to have a little bit of a skin breakout when I've worn make-up. At the moment my skin is pretty clear so again I've not been able to test them.

Next we have SKIN'S BONI YOGURT BONIMINI WASH OFF MUD PACK IN GREEN TEA, this mud pack is available in 3 different varieties: Green Tea, Pine Needles and Charcoal. This mud pack helps balance your skin to it's optimal pH of 5.5. It contains Bentonite and Kaolin to remove sebum and debris from your skin, while the Green Tea powder helps calm irritated skin.

How To Use - Apply an even layer to clean skin. Let it dry for 15 minutes, then wash off with warm water. Follow up with your normal skincare routine.

I absolutely loved this mud pack, it was really easy and quick to apply, I found that it spread really easy around the face compared to others I've tried. I could feel the mask drying as it was making my face tight and hard to move my features and it did take a while to remove but overall my skin felt clean and soft.

 Next we have our spotlight product PUREBESS MULTI-4 SYN-AKE CREAM, so what is Syn-Ake I hear both you and myself ask. Syn-Ake is a synthetic peptide developed to mimic snake venom, namely from the Temple Viper, native to Southeast Asia. In low doses snake venom can be used to our advantage and in this case, to help improve the appearance of wrinkles. Syn-Ake works by reducing muscle contractions in the face, keeping the appearance of smooth skin. The mechanism of Syn-Ake in reducing wrinkles is similar to that of Botox.
How To Use - After cleansing and toning, spread a thin layer onto concerned areas such as corners of eyes and neck. Use up to twice a day.

 I thought this cream smelt nice and even though it felt like a thick cream it did apply nicely. I applied it to my whole face but paid extra attention to the corners of my eyes, forehead and neck as I think they are the main areas that you can show signs of ageing. It's definitely a product that you won't get clear results until after a few months of usage.

Next we have RE,DNA DUAL EFFECT EYEZONE PACK, this eye pack uses EGF which is Epidermal Growth Factor to help increase elasticity and moisture to the sensitive skin around your eyes.
How To Use - After cleansing and toning, place the patches under your eyes for 15-20 minutes.

 These are really easy to apply (honestly it's not rocket science), they did feel a little itchy while they were on but I'm assuming that was from the patches from drying. the skin under my eyes felt really soft one patches were removed and my skin was also left feeling moisturised and looking brighter.

Lastly we have MACHIHYUN 20% CALMING AMPULE, this ampule contains Portulaca oleracea extract and Glycerin to calm irritated skin and increase moisture. MISHIBOX highly recommend using it for skin chapped by harsh, fry weather and can also use it on skin troubled by breakouts.
How To Use - After cleansing and toning skin, roll-on an adequate amount onto affected area.

This applies really quick and easy and I applied it on and around my nose, chin and under my eyes, all areas where my skin can really dry out as well as place where I get breakouts often. Once rolled on it dried pretty quickly, the skin around my eyes can feel really sore and irritated when I've removed my make-up but this ampule pretty much instantly calmed down that irritation and soreness.

While I loved all the products in January's MISHIBOX nothing really wowed me or excited me, normally when I first open my box I get really excited and rush to try out the products but I didn't with this box, I don't want to put the blame on the box as I could have just been hit with a case of new year blues but I am excited for February's box. I do recommend the products in January's box as I did get some amazing skin results but nothing left me thinking WOW!

MISHIBOX: April Unboxing & Review

I realised as my new MISHIBOX arrived for May that I still hadn't shared with you the goodies from my April box as well as what I thought of the products we received, so I'll not keep you waiting any longer and get straight into April's MISHIBOX.

April's spotlight product comes from no:hj with their Golden Modelling Foil Mask, Golden Collagen Stamping Mask and their Pearl Modelling Foil Mask.

 First up we have our spotlight product NO:HJ GOLDEN MODELLING FOIL MASK, no:hj is a premium mask brand leading the innovation in Korean sheet mask! The foil minimizes evaporation, allowing the sheet mask to say moist for longer to provide maximum skin hydration. The Golden Modelling Foil Mask increases skin elasticity, provides hydration and offers you clear and sleek skin, the Golden Collagen Stamping Mask is a luxurious mask with gold essence and collagen and the Pearl Modelling Foil Mask is a mask pack with pearl and horss fat extracts, enabling whitening effect while restoring the skins elasticity and leaving your skin dewy.

How To Use - After cleanser and toner, place on your face for 15-20 minutes, foil side up. Pat the remaining essence to increase absorption. Use 1-3 times a week.

Of the 3 masks available I got the Golden Modelling Foil Mask. it's my first time seeing a golden face mask. I thought the packaging was really pretty and made the product look expensive and that they put time and effort into selling their products. The mask was really easy to apply and was one of the few face masks that I've used that actually fit my face, there wasn't really any of the essence remaining on my skin for me to pat away which with a lot of the masks I've tried, I've had remaining essence so either the mask wasn't for me or my skin was really dry and needed the moisture boost. I thought I was having a bad reaction to the mask while it was on as where the mask stopped on my chin was feeling hot and itchy but when I removed the mask there wasn't any redness or anything else to suggest a reaction to the mask. My skin was left feeling slightly sticky, a little tight and also looking dewy, my skin did also feel soft and smooth to the touch which I really liked but overall I don't think this was the best mask for me which I was really gutted about, I in no way think this mask wasn't good but maybe my skin was too much for the mask to handle.

Next we have a SNP SALON FACE PAD, the Salon Face Pad contains lemon peel oil and white willow bark extract for gentle physical and chemical exfoliation. Peppermint, rosemary and chamomile extracts help decrease sensitivity.

How To Use - After cleansing, pat face dry. Use the white cotton side to gently massage the entire face. then use the green side on your t-zone for a more focused exfoliation. Rinse with warm water. Use once a week. The pad can also be used on your elbows and heels.

 I can honestly say this was my favourite product from April's box, it was so easy to use and smelt absolutely gorgeous and refreshing. What I really loved about the Salon Face Pad was that even after cleansing my skin it removed even more dirt and dead skin cells from my face. I'm sure I'm not the only person that loves to see the dirt left behind revealing how much of a deep cleanse your skin has had from a product. The green side worked amazing on my t-zone that sometimes can get oily, overall the Salon Face Pad left my skin feeling cleaner, fresher, smooth and soft as well as looking a lot brighter. This product is on my to buy again list as I think this would really benefit my skin using it once a week.

 Next we have a MEDIHEAL WARMING EYE MASK, the info card says to rest your tired, puffy eyes with these adorable Warming Eye Masks from the X Line Friends range. The warming eye masks are just the thing to relieve eye stress, fatigue, puffiness as well as stimulates and increases blood circulation to your eye area, minimizing wrinkles. Activated by the air, the slow releasing steam-like heat therapy is cushioned and delivered through a soft, light-weight cotton material that sits comfortably over your eyes applying a soothing weight and blocking out all light. There are 3 eye masks available Brown (Bear), provides a clean unscented warming session, Cony (Rabbit), provides a light relaxing lavender aroma and Sally (Chick), provides a refreshing citrus grapefruit aroma.

How To Use - Tear out the holes for ears, and tear along the back middle perforated line. Place the mask on eyes and secure onto ears. Place the white side of the mask on eyelids. Leave on for 20 minutes, mask will warm up on it's own.

I've been exhausted all day as I've been up early travelling back from Disneyland Paris and I thought this would be a good time to use this eye mask to see if it would help with that. Upon removing the mask my eyes felt a lot brighter and I felt awake and refreshed but that could also be because I had a 20 minute nap while wearing it, after a while my eyes were feeling tired again so I don't think it's good with lack of sleep fatigue, I think it would be more beneficial after a long day of work or even shopping. I would try this mask again as well as trying out the scented ones too as I feel the Lavender would be really relaxing where as the citrus would make you feel more alert. I got the Bear eye mask so I got the unscented one, I did feel relaxed after especially after it helped me drift off to sleep while I had it on.

 Next we have a DAYCELL RE, DNA PROPOLIS AMPOULE, Propolis is made by honeybees and is proven to have antibiotic and antiseptic properties, and contains an abundance of antioxidants. The Re, DNA Propolis Ampoule uses this natural ingredient to moisturise the skin and help prevent effects of aging. The ampule also contains Niacinamide for brightening.

How To Use - After cleanser and toning, apply a thin layer to the skin. Use up to twice a day.

I was really wary of trying this product as when I tried a Propolis face mask, I had a reaction to it and it left my skin feeling both really hot and really red. On first use for me the smell was a sickly sweet smell but I think that's because I'm not the biggest fan of honey but the smell was bearable. My hands were left feeling sticky after applying it by my face was left feeling soft and moisturised, the ampule even absorbed quickly into my skin and best of all I had no reaction to it and I have continued to use it. We received the mini bottle where as there is a set that contains all the Re, DNA Propolis Set, including this ampule. I love the bottle design as well as the bright packaging, making it look expensive.

Next we have a REVECEN MOISTURE SHINE LIP GLOSS, this lip gloss is perfect for a pop of colour for the spring months. It has a lightweight formula that provides brilliant colour without any stickiness. There are 6 colours available, Crystal, Rose Quartz, Carnelian, Garnet, Spinel and Ruby.
How To Use - Apply onto clean lips any time you want more colour.

 I really like this lip gloss, the colour is really nice and would be ideal for either a lunch or shopping trip with the girls or even a night out. Even just applying the lip gloss to my hand there wasn't any stickiness, it may not be a long lasting lip gloss but I still like it and it's always nice to sometimes wear a lip product that I don't have to leave my lips sore after scrubbing away at them to get the gloss, lipstick or even lip stain off. We were sent a lip gloss at random from the different colours and I got the Garnet lip gloss, the all look like lip gloss colours that I would personally use, so I may have to invest in giving them all a try.

 Lastly we have a AROMAME MOCHERE WITCH CREAM, it has the name which cream because Aromame says that it has magical effects. There are 4 varieties all with different benefits. The Alaska Ice Cream Glacial Milk (Blue tub) provides refreshing moisture and cools skin, the Whitening Pearl Liquid Cream (White tub) contains pearl powder for brightening the skin, the Wrinkle Down Cream (Red tub) contains dragon blood tree sap and helps protect skin from aging affects and finally the Extra Solution Cream (Bronze tub) is for extra moisture, containing extracts of the resurrection plant.
How To Use - After cleansing and toning, apply desired amount to face and neck, Use up to twice a day.

I got the Extra Solution Cream and I really liked it, it left my skin feeling soft and moisturised, I even thought the cream smelt really nice. The cream wasn't too thick and applied really easily as well as absorbing quickly into my skin, I'm intrigued to try the other 3 creams to test out their benefits.

Out of the 6 products that we got in April's box, I mainly really liked 4 of them including the propolis ampule, which I never thought I would be a fan of, my favourite has to be the Salon Face Pad. As I've said my May MISHIBOX has arrived and I can't wait to try out the products, 1 of which I took away with me to Disneyland.
