Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Mexican Pork One Pot. In this kit, you get Cumin & Coriander Blend, Smoky Chipotle Paste and Mexican Stock Pot.

Get the kettle on (300ml)

Fry the pork mince.

Add the rice and beans.

Meanwhile, prep the garnishes.

Serve!

I feel that I need to give this dish another try, as I'm unsure on if I liked it or not, for me the flavours were a little hit and miss, but the apple was really refreshing and added to the flavour and dish.
Skye on the other hand was not a fan.

Next from this box I cooked the Italian Beef Ragu. In this kit, you get Ragu Herb Mix, Red Wine Reduction and Ragu Stock.

Brown the meat.

Start the base.

Mix it up.

Serve!

This has become a family favourite, when I ask what dishes to add to our Simply Cook box, this dish is often requested. Skye is a big fan and it's pretty obvious to see why, it's so delicious and full of flavour. This never lasts long on my plate as I practically wolf it down when we have it.

Next from this box I cooked the Burrito Bowl. In this kit, you get Burrito Spice Blend, Frijoles Paste and Mexican Rice Sauce.

Heat the oven to 200C/Fan 180C/Gas Mark 6.

Marinate the chicken.

Cook the beans.

Prep the rice and Avocado.

Serve!

While this is such a colourful plate of food, the flavours weren't really for me, and I don't think Skye was a fan either .

Lastly from this box I cooked the Louisiana Linguine. In this kit, you get Southern Spice Mix, White Wine Reduction and Garlic Chicken Stock.

Marinate the chicken.

Cook the chicken & veg.

Create the sauce.

Mix in the pasta.

Serve!

I loved this dish, it was really rich, creamy and tasty. I'd happily cook this one for us again.
