Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Black Bean Chicken. In this kit you get Black Bean Paste, Chilli Garlic Sauce and Fried Rice Seasoning.

Velvet the chicken.

Start the stir-fry.

Return the chicken.

Make fried rice.

Serve!

I thought this recipe was really easy to follow and it tasted really nice. Even Skye seemed to enjoy it. It was full of flavour, with none of it being too overpowering.

Next from this box I cooked the Vietnamese Clay Pot Cod. In this kit you get Ca Kho To Fish Paste, Ginger & Garlic Mix and Galangal Garnish.

Prep the cod.

Cook the fish.

Finishing touches.

Serve!

Skye isn't the biggest fan of fish, so I often end up swapping fish for chicken, especially for her.
I prefer curry style dishes to have a bit more of the sauce it cooks in, so for me this dish was a little dry. Mine was definitely darker in colour, but I think that's because I need new pans.
The flavours were really nice, so I would attempt this dish again to see if I could make it better.

Next from this box I cooked the Moqueca De Peixe. In this kit you get Garlic & Coconut Paste, Brazilian Style Paste and Moqueca Garnish.

Make the rice.

Fry the veg.

Add the Brazilian flavours.

Serve!

There was too much liquid for my liking with this recipe, so if I made it again, I would cook it down a but more.
Skye wasn't a fan because of the fish, So I'd definitely give this dish a go again, swapping the fish out for chicken, or maybe prawns.

Lastly from this box I cooked the Masala Lamb Chops. In this kit you get Masala Paste, Spice Blend and Mint Chutney.

Now let me get to the business side of the Simply Cook boxes, each box comes with 4 recipe kits which include 3 pots of sauces, herb, stock etc, as well as 4 step-by-step recipe cards, that contain the full list of ingredients you'll need, and alternatives etc.
