It's time for another Graze review.

Each box comes with 4 healthy portioned snacks, that is picked by the Graze team based on your preferences when you subscribe, you also get a little info card that tells you whats in each of your snack pots.

First up we have CINNAMON AND CASHEW MINI PROTEIN BALLS, this snack pot contains cinnamon and cashew protein balls.
The Benefits - These protein balls are handmade, using only 8 ingredients. The natural protein from the peanut butter has been upgraded with whey protein, to create a delicious and handy source of protein that comes to only 162 calories. There's also the added source of fibre from the dates and coconut used.
- Source of protein
- High in fibre
- Only 8 ingredients
- Suitable for vegetarians

I was actually quite excited by the thought of these, they looked like they'd be really tasty and flavoursome. Sadly they weren't really to my tastes, I wasn't a fan of the smell either, but they were really soft and chewy. I think they would be the perfect afternoon nibble when you need a little pick me up between meals.

Next we have LEMON & ALMOND COOKIES WITH AN AFTERNOON INFUSION, this snack pot contains lemon & almond cookies and an afternoon infusion tea bag.
The Benefits - In the recipe for these cookies, standard refined sugar was swapped out for natural coconut sugar, enhancing the taste of the fresh lemon. Also added was a simple blend of soy protein, rice flour, malt extract and a touch of salt, making it a source of protein without any powders or artificial sweeteners. Rolled British oats were also used, making the cookies a source of fibre and protein to help your body build muscle.
- Source of protein
- Source of fibre
- No refined sugars
- Under 150 calories
- Suitable for vegetarians
These cookies smell gorgeous, and they taste really nice. They have a really nice crunch, the cookies go together really well with the tea, I'd happily have this as an everyday afternoon tea snack.

Next up we have a LEMON & BLUEBERRY SUPERFOOD FLAPJACK, this snack pot contains a blueberry lemon & baobab flapjack.
The Benefits - All of Graze's flapjacks are baked in small batches so the rolled oats keep their natural goodness, making them a source of fibre and manganese, which is a nutrient that supports an energy-yielding metabolism and protects cells from oxidative stress.
- Source of manganese
- Source of fibre
- Made with superfood Baobab
- Suitable for vegetarians

Lastly we have CHIA & COCONUT COOKIES WITH AN AFTERNOON INFUSION, this snack pot contains chia coconut cookies and an afternoon infusion tea bag.
The Benefits - In the recipe for these cookies, standard refined sugar was swapped out for natural coconut sugar, enhancing the taste of the desiccated coconut. The Chia seeds are a source of fibre and protein, as well as fatty acid and omega 3. They also contain selenium, which is an essential mineral which contributes to the normal function of the immune system, an phosphorus which is needed for healthy bones and teeth.
These cookies smelt just as good as the lemon & almond cookies. The cookies flavours really worked well together with the tea, the cookies were really nice and had a nice crunch to them. Like the lemon & almond cookies, I'd happily have these as an afternoon tea snack.
