Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.
First from this box I cooked the Shakshouka. In this kit, you get Cumin & Caraway Mix, Shakshouka Spices and Spicy Tomato Paste.
Toast the whole spices.
Make the sauce.
Bake the eggs.
Serve!
I really liked this dish, it was full of flavour and worked perfectly with some toast, it reminded me of a bolognaise and the runny yolk was perfect and added more flavour.
Next from the box I cooked the Chicken Makhani. In this kit, you get Tikka Spice Blend, Makhani Curry Paste & Fenugreek Leaves.
Heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
Cook the chicken.
Make the curry base.
Finish the curry sauce.
Serve!
I loved this dish, it was really nice and full of flavour, it wasn't too spicy either. It was really refreshing when eaten alongside some salad. Skye didn't seem to do to bad with it either, and she can be funny when it comes to curries.
Next from this box I cooked the Chicken Ramen. In this kit, you get Japanese Chicken Rub, Ramen Paste & Chilli & Miso Tare.
Boil a full kettle and heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
Prep the chicken.
Make the ramen base.
Assemble your ramen.
Serve!
This is definitely a favourite in this house, both me and Skye loved it, it's a dish that Skye asks me to add to the next box quite a lot.
It was full of flavour and we always look forward to having it again.
Last from this box I cooked the Chipotle Grilled Steak Salad. In this kit, you get Lemon & Herb Blend, Ancho Steak Rub & Chipotle Paste.
I have cooked this dish before in a previous box, so if you click on the dishes name, it will take you straight to that post to check it out.
Now let me get to the business side of the Simply Cook boxes, each box comes with 4 recipe kits which include 3 pots of sauces, herb, stock etc, as well as 4 step-by-step recipe cards, that contain the full list of ingredients you'll need, and alternatives etc.
