Each box comes with 4 healthy portioned snacks, that is picked by the Graze team based on your preferences when you subscribe, you also get a little info card that tells you whats in each of your snack pots.

First up we have PUNCHY CHILLI AND LIME NUTTY PROTEIN POWER, this snack pot contains chilli and lime flavoured cashews, baked salted peanuts and almonds.

The Benefits - This little snack pot is a source of plant protein for healthy muscle and bones, as well as vitamin E and essential minerals, like phosphorus, magnesium, copper and manganese. Giving you a snack that also protects cells from stress and helps metabolise energy.

This snack pot smells really nice, I loved the almonds and I really liked the baked salted peanuts. I thought the chilli and lime cashews were nice, they had the right amount of chilli to give them a kick, I wasn't so sure about the lime, I thought the sweetness was a little odd.

Next up we have VITAMIN E DEFENCE, this snack contains cranberries, Chilean flame raisins, roasted hazelnuts and redskin peanuts.

The Benefits - the roasted hazelnuts and the redskin peanuts make it a snack rich in manganese, a source of vitamin E and copper to help your cells from oxidative stress, the fruit also gives a source of fibre.

I really don't like the redskin peanuts, there's just something about the aftertaste that I just don't like, it's a little like a metallic taste. I thought the roasted hazelnuts were okay, but I wouldn't choose them as part of a snack.

I love the cranberries, they add a nice sweetness to the snack pot, and I love the Chilean flame raisins.

Sadly though I have decided that I won't keep this snack pot in my like/love list, as I don't feel I'm receiving the full benefits of the snack pot, when I only eat and enjoy half of the ingredients.

Next we have OUR VERSION OF WHITE CHOCOLATE COCONUT MACARON, previously known as MARVELLOUS MACARON, this snack pot contains Belgian white chocolate buttons, almond slivers, amaretti drops and coconut flakes.

The Benefits - This snack pot is a source of fibre and and vitamin E, which is a nutrient that helps protect cells from oxidative stress. This snack pot is also only 166 calories.

I absolutely love the smell of this snack pot, I love the coconut slivers, I love the almond slivers, the white chocolate buttons are divine and melt on the tongue, and I absolutely love the amaretti drops, they're my favourite from this snack pot and full of flavour.

All the flavours work well together and I love getting this snack pot, it's one of my favourites.

Lastly we have LIVELY LEMON FLAPJACK, this snack pot contains zesty lemon curd flapjack.

The Benefits - their flapjacks are baked in small batches meaning the whole rolled oats keep all their natural goodness, making it a healthy snack with a source of fibre and manganese, which is a nutrient that supports the immune system and protects the cells from oxidative stress.

I love the smell of this flapjack, the flapjack itself is soft and moist and full of flavour. This flapjack is divine and is one of my favourite flapjacks.
