Like season 1, Weak Hero Class 2 has some really good songs on the OST, with the return of the opening track.

Answer - Benzamin & Goopy

Buzz - Benzamin & Punchnello

Yeon Si Eun transfers to Eunjang High School and makes friends with Park Hu Min, Seo Jun Tae and Go Hyun Tak. But, Yeon Si Eun must now face an even bigger and more violent group called Union.
Members of the notorious group includes Na Baek Jin and Geum Seong Je.

Thankfully when I decided to watch weak Hero Class 1, season 2 wasn't too far behind, I think I only had a few weeks to wait for season 2 to be released, but I definitely know what it's like to wait years for a new season to drop for a series.
Like with season 1, Weak Hero Class 2 had me hooked from the very first episode.
I loved the whole cast yet again, and the plot again had me on the edge of my seat and holding my breath with each fight scene.
While I missed some of the main cast from season 1, the new characters brought something new to the show and it made me compare old characters with the new and how they handled the cards they were dealt differently.

Yet again Park Jo Hoon knocked it out of the park in his role as Yeon Si Eun. We see how what happened with Suho and Beom Seok has affected him and how he seems to have put his walls back up and blames himself for what happened to Suho. He eventually opens up again and makes new friends which helps him to be more positive while still fighting for what he believes is right. We get see more of his unique fighting skills too.
I really liked Ryeoun as Park Humin aka Baku. For me Baku is the Suho of season 2, in the sense that he's a strong fighter and will jump in to help his friends. He's also stubborn in the way he doesn't take no for an answer when it comes to Si Eun. I think he sees himself in Si Eun so doesn't stop at trying to be his friend. He does at times put up his own walls and tries to hide his own insecurities, especially if he thinks other will be harmed because of them.
I absolutely loved Choi Min Young as Seo Jun Tae, he definitely brought the comedy with his role. For me he's this seasons Beom Seok, but with June Tae we see his reactions to everything with having a more loving background and support system. What I loved about Jun Tae was that while you could see that he was scared and felt weaker than the rest of them, he didn't let that stop him from doing his part in protecting his friends.
I really liked Lee Min Jae as Go Hyun Tak aka Gotak. Like Baku, he's a strong fighter and you can see that Baku is not only his closest friend, but also someone he has high respect for and looks up to. I love the strong bond he has with Jun Tae, their friendship is pure bromance, their friendship had to be my favourite.
We got a little sneak peak of Yoo Su Bin as Choi Hyo Man at the end of season 1, when Si Eun transferred schools. He's a typical bully that goes for the week, but he's just as weak when we see him against Union members. His fighting did often bring comedy to the show, which at time softened how dark and violent the series really was.
This is my first time watching Bae Na Ra and I think he was perfect as Na Baek Jin. He slightly reminded me of Lee Soo Hyuk. He's a strong fighter and he knows it and he doesn't care what happens, while getting what he wants, and his main goal is to bring Baku over to his side. I think while he sees them as frienemies, it's like Beom Seok with Suho, he seems to want to bring him down a peg or two.
It's scary how well Lee Jun Young plays a baddie, I loved him as Geum Seong Je. While a member of the Union, he's the type of guy that will play people to his advantage to get what he wants whether that's as a Union member or "helping" Si Eun. He's definitely not a guy I would trust.

I recommend this series to everyone, like season 1 it kept me hooked from the very first episode, the cast were amazing and really told the story well. We were left with a little cliff-hanger, so I can only hope we'll get a 3rd season to conclude the story as a whole for this adaptation. I will admit I cried at the final episode, even while knowing it happened.
Even knowing what happens, I'd happily watching it again as as a whole it really is an eye opener, as well as the casting being perfect.
