Each box comes with 4 healthy portioned snacks, that is picked by the Graze team based on your preferences when you subscribe, you also get a little info card that tells you what's in each of your snack pots.

First up we have CHINESE STYLE HONEY SESAME, this snack pot contains edamame beans, sesame chia peanuts, black pepper almonds and wild rice sticks.

The Benefits - This snack pot is a source of fibre and protein which will help your body to build muscle. The veggie snacks are all made with natural plant protein sources, which are carefully seasoned by the GRAZE taste experts.

I found the wild rice sticks to be a little bland for my liking.

The almonds were really nice and full of flavour, and they had the right amount of seasoning as to not be overpowering.

The peanuts were really nice, they has a sweetness to them.

Overall this snack pot was a good mixture of savoury and sweet.

Next we have COCO PARADISE, this snack pot contains Belgian milk chocolate drops, cranberries and coconut flakes.

The Benefits - This snack pot is high in fibre and a delicious source of copper, which is needed for energy metabolism and supports the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress.

The dried cranberries were really nice, they had a nice sweetness to them

I thought the coconut flakes were nice too.

The chocolate drops were really nice, they work really well with the coconut flakes and the

cranberries.

The flavours for this snack pot are spot on.

Next up we have MARMITE CORN, this snack pot contains marmite corn.

The Benefits - This snack pot is high in fibre and is only 107 kcals per portion.

This snack pot always smells really nice.

I always enjoy this snack pot.

It's a perfect alternative to beef flavoured crisps.

It's always full of a flavour.

Lastly we have SALT & VINEGAR CRUNCH, this snack pot contains salt & vinegar broad beans, salt & vinegar corn hoops and salt & vinegar corn.

The Benefits - This snack pot is packed with fibre and veg, a salt & vinegar-coated combination of corn, broad beans and corn hoops.

I really like this snack pot. it's always full of flavour.

It's the perfect alternative to to salt & vinegar crisps.
