Each box comes with 4 healthy portioned snacks, that is picked by the Graze team based on your preferences when you subscribe, you also get a little info card that tells you what's in each of your snack pots.

First up we have THAI STYLE SWEET CHILLI VEGGIE PROTEIN POWER, this snack pot contains chilli honey peanuts. black pepper and lemon broad beans, garlic sesame sticks and edamame beans.

The Benefits - This snack pot is a source of fibre and protein, which will help your body to build muscle. It's recommended to have a portion of nuts and legumes everyday, as they are a handy way to have quality fats, essential vitamins and minerals. Graze's veggie snacks are all made with natural plant protein sources.

The wild rice sticks were too bland for me and I don't like the edamame beans.

I really liked the the black pepper and lemon broad beans, they were full of flavour and really tasty. I also really liked the Chilli honey peanuts, they were sweet with a bit of a kick, but thankfully not too much of a kick.

Next up we have VITAMIN E DEFENCE, this snack contains cranberries, Chilean flame raisins, roasted hazelnuts and redskin peanuts.

The Benefits - the roasted hazelnuts and the redskin peanuts make it a snack rich in manganese, a source of vitamin E and copper to help your cells from oxidative stress, the fruit also gives a source of fibre.

This snack pot smells fruity and really made me want to get tucked in, I really liked the apple pieces, they had a nice texture and still tasted of apple. I always enjoy the Chilean flame raisins, they always taste juicy.

Sadly I'm not a fan of redskin peanuts or the roasted hazelnuts, so I only liked half of the ingredients in this snack pot, but I do still enjoy receiving it in my boxes.

Next we have OUR VERSION OF WHITE CHOCOLATE COCONUT MACARON, previously known as MARVELLOUS MACARON, this snack pot contains Belgian white chocolate buttons, almond slivers, amaretti drops and coconut flakes.

The Benefits - This snack pot is a source of fibre and and vitamin E, which is a nutrient that helps protect cells from oxidative stress. This snack pot is also only 166 calories.

This snack pot always smells absolutely gorgeous, I always enjoy the almond slivers, I always enjoy the coconut flakes. The white chocolate buttons were divine, they're very moreish and melt perfectly on the tongue. I love the amaretti drops, they're so tasty and very moreish, I always love getting them in the snack pots.

This snack pot is one of my favourites, overall this snack pot is full of flavour and as a whole very moreish, I love receiving this snack pot in my GRAZE boxes.

Lastly we have BANANA CAKE WITH AN AFTERNOON BLEND, this snack pot contains banana cake and an afternoon infusion teabag.

The Benefits - The banana bread is made without butter and instead it's replaced with rapeseed oil, which is only 7% saturated fat and is a good source of omega 3 and omega 6.

The banana cake was really nice and full of flavour, the tea was also really nice, it was really fruity.

The tea worked perfectly with the banana cake, it's a perfect little afternoon snack.
