First up we have CHINESE STYLE HONEY SESAME, this snack pot contains edamame beans, sesame chia peanuts, black pepper almonds and wild rice sticks.
The Benefits - This snack pot is a source of fibre and protein which will help your body to build muscle. The veggie snacks are all made with natural plant protein sources, which are carefully seasoned by the GRAZE taste experts.
- Source of fibre
- Source of protein
- Suitable for vegetarians
The wild rice sticks were too bland for my liking, and I don't like edamame beans, so I didn't try and eat them.
I thought the black pepper almonds were really nice, but for my tastes the pepper was a little too strong for me.
I loved the sesame chia peanuts, they were a little sweetness addition for this snack pot.
Sadly though because I didn't really like most of the things in this snack pot, I will be adding it to my dislike list.

Next we have OUR VERSION OF JAFFA CAKE, this snack pot contains orange flavoured raisins, Belgian dark chocolate buttons and roasted hazelnuts.
The Benefits - The raisins are naturally flavoured with orange juice, meaning no artificial sweeteners or refined sugars. Roasted hazelnuts are a tasty way of getting some essential minerals and healthy fats, they also make the snack pot a source of manganese and copper, nutrients need for energy metabolism and protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Source of manganese
- Source of copper
- Source of fibre
- Nutritious alternative to Jaffa Cakes
- Suitable for vegans
I thought the roasted hazelnuts were okay, but they're really just not for me, but they did seem to have absorbed the orange flavour from the sultanas.
I'm not usually a fan of dark chocolate as I find it tastes bitter, but these buttons aren't as bad as I was expecting.
I loved the orange infused sultanas, they are full of flavour and really enjoyable.

Next we have LIVELY LEMON FLAPJACK, this snack pot contains zesty lemon curd flapjack.
The Benefits - their flapjacks are baked in small batches meaning the whole rolled oats keep all their natural goodness, making it a healthy snack with a source of fibre and manganese, which is a nutrient that supports the immune system and protects the cells from oxidative stress.
- Source of fibre
- Source of manganese
- Suitable for vegetarians
- Made with whole oats
This flapjack is full of flavour, it was really soft and chewy, which is what I love from a flapjack. It's very moreish, and I always enjoy and love tucking into this flapjack.

Last up we have OAT & CINNAMON COOKIES AND TEA, this snack pot contain oatmeal cinnamon cookies and a special blend black tee teabag.
The Benefits - These cookies are made with whole rolled British oats, making them a source of fibre and protein to help your body build muscle. Also in this cookie recipe the usual refined sugar has been swapped out for natural coconut sugar, also added is soy protein crispies, which is a blend of soy protein, rice flour, malt extract and a touch of salt, resulting in a tasty source of protein without any powders or artificial sweeteners.
- Source of protein
- Source of fibre
- No refined sugars
- Suitable for vegetarians
- Under 150 calories
I have to say that both the cookies and the tea smell absolutely gorgeous.
The cookies were really nice, they were full of flavour, without the cinnamon being too overpowering, it's actually really subtle. They are really crunchy, with the texture reminding me of ginger nut biscuits.
The tea is really nice and fruity, I normally like my cup of tea to be milky and with sugar, but this tea is perfect as a black tea, without any sugar or sweetener.
