First up we have MEXICAN STYLE CHEESE & CHILLI, this snack pot contains chilli corn, black beans, hickory smoked almonds and Gouda puffs, this snack pot was originally called Mexican Style Smoked Cheese.

The Benefits - This snack pot is a source of fibre and protein, which is needed for the maintenance of muscles. It's also perfectly portioned to be less than 150 calories per snack pot.

I really liked the hickory smoked almonds, they were full of flavour and had a little sweetness to them, I thought the chilli corn was nice, they had just the right amount of chilli to them and I loved the Gouda puffs, they were full of flavour.

I thought the black beans were okay, they're not something I would pick to snack on, but they worked well with this snack pot.

Overall this is a good savoury snack pot.

Next up we have PEPPED UP NUTTY PROTEIN POWER, this snack pot contains redskin peanuts, black pepper cashews, unsalted roasted cashews and black pepper almonds.

The Benefits - Nuts bring all sorts of goodness to the body, peanuts contain manganese and phosphorus, which are both needed for healthy bones and energy levels, they also contain magnesium for brain health and electrolyte balance, as well as being rich in fibre, natural protein and amino acids. Cashews are a source of magnesium, manganese and copper, which help energy production and the maintenance of healthy bones, they also contain zinc which helps support the immune system and keep hair, skin and nails looking their best. Almonds are high in vitamin E and a source of manganese and copper, these nutrients are needed for energy metabolism and work together to protect cells from oxidative stress and support the immune system.

I really liked the unsalted roasted cashews, and I really liked the black pepper cashews but I preferred the unsalted roasted cashews for the flavour, the black pepper cashews had a slight sweetness. I really liked the black pepper almonds, I think the black pepper worked better with the almonds, than it did with the cashews.

On the cons side of this snack pot, I really didn't like the redskin peanuts, they're just not for me, I always find that they have an odd aftertaste.

Next we have COCO PARADISE, this snack pot contains Belgian milk chocolate drops, cranberries and coconut flakes.

The Benefits - This snack pot is high in fibre and a delicious source of copper, which is needed for energy metabolism and supports the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress.

I always really enjoy this snack pot, all the flavours work really well together. The chocolate drops just melt on the tongue, this snack pot is just divine.

Lastly we have a HONEYCOMB FIBRE FLAPJACK, this snack pot contains a honeycomb fibre flapjack.

The Benefits - These flapjacks are made in small batches meaning the whole rolled oats keep their natural goodness. This snack is a source of fibre, vitamin A and manganese, which are nutrients that work together to support the immune system and protect cells from oxidative stress.
