Cook restaurant quality meals!
Each box comes with 4 recipe kits and 4 step-by-step recipe cards.
Following the recipes, you combine the kits with 4-6 items from your fridge or cupboard.
Then in just 20 minutes  you'll be enjoying a delicious meal for 2-4 people.

First from this box I cooked the Soy & Honey Salmon. In this kit you get Soy & Honey, Miso Glaze and Yasai Sauce.

This is one of our regular picks. I always love the flavours and the salmon always cooks perfectly. I've still not converted Skye to salmon yet but the chicken works well with all the flavours.

Next from this box I cooked the Butternut Squash One-Pot. In this kit you get Persian Style Spices, Tomato Paste and Mushroom Stock.

Get the kettle on ready for step 2!

Start the stew.

Add the stock.

Finishing Touches.

Serve!

I thought the flavours worked really well, I'm just not a fan of spinach, so I'd miss that out in the future. I'd also love to give this recipe a try with the cranberries added to see if it adds anything extra to the flavours and texture.
I served ours with some bread and butter to be able to dip in the stock.

Next from this box I cooked the Peruvian Roast Chicken. In this kit you get Spice Rub, Spicy Rice Mix and Green Sauce Seasoning.

Heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas Mark 7.

Marinate the chicken.

Prep the smoky spice rice.

Make your green sauce.

Serve!

I really liked this dish, it was really easy and simple to make. The flavours worked really well together.

Last from this box I cooked the Bombay Biryani. In this Kit you get Garlic Paste, Biryani Paste and Bombay Spice Mix.

Heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6.

Half cook the rice.

Start the curry base.

Add the Bombay spices.

Assemble the Biryani in layers.

Serve!

I don't think Skye was a fan of this dish as it's all mixed together. When we have a curry she has it separate from the rice in case she doesn't like the curry. I thought it was nice and really liked the mixture of flavours and textures.

Now let me get to the business side of the Simply Cook boxes, each box comes with 4 recipe kits which include 3 pots of sauces, herb, stock etc, as well as 4 step-by-step recipe cards, that contain the full list of ingredients you'll need, and alternatives etc.
