It's time for another Graze review.

Each box comes with 4 healthy portioned snacks, that is picked by the Graze team based on your preferences when you subscribe, you also get a little info card that tells you whats in each of your snack pots.

First up we have SPICY SRIRACHA PEAS, this snack pot contains jumbo salted corn, Thai sriracha flavoured peas and Thai sriracha flavoured half popped corn kernels.
The Benefits - The combination of kern pops, jumbo corn and baked green peas, coated with the complex flavours of sriracha, is a way of satisfying those crisps cravings. It's a source of fibre as well as only being 115 calories per snack pot.
- High in fibre
- Less than 150 calories
- Suitable for vegans

I think this snack pot smells really nice and the first time I tried it I wasn't really a fan but this time I really liked the salted corn and really liked the textures and crunchiness of this snack pot. I did like it better this time around but I'm still not 100% on the Sriracha flavouring, I will try this snack pot for a 3rd time before I decide on whether it's a keeper or not but this time I did enjoy it a bit better.

Next up we have RHUBARB & PEAR COMPOTE, this snack pot contains rhubarb slices, pear and cranberries.
The Benefits - This snack pot ticks off one of your five a day and is better than heading to the sweet jar to snack on something sweet and chewy and is made with real fruit.
- High in fibre
- Less than 150 calories
- Made with real fruit
- Suitable for vegans

I loved the flavour and the texture of the peat this time, I wasn't really a fan before, the cranberries were really nice, the rhubarb was very moreish and altogether the flavours were delicious and I loved all the textures. I really enjoyed it more than the first couple of times I've had this snack pot, it's definitely a keeper.

Lastly we have WHOLEGRAIN BANOFFEE DIPPERS, this snack pot contains wholemeal banana shortbread and toffee sauce.
The Benefits - The shortbread dippers are made with a mixture of white and wholemeal flour, giving them a naturally crumbly texture.
- Source of fibre
- Suitable for vegetarians
- Less than 150 calories

I loved the shortbread and I'm not normally a fan of anything banana flavoured, but the shortbread was very moreish, I also really liked the toffee sauce. Both the sauce and shortbread really worked well together, I was disappointed when I'd eaten it all, this snack pot is definitely a keeper.

You may notice from the picture that I also had the popcorn but it's very rare that I fancy making and eating popcorn so I've changed it on my subscription to dislike, even though I do like it, it ends up going out of date before I decide to snack on it.

Now it's time to get into the business side of the Graze box, each box comes with 4 snack pots with snacks had selected just for you from your preferences you give the Graze team from over 100 choices.
