It's time to review another of my Graze box'.

Each box comes with 4 healthy portioned snacks, that is picked by the Graze team based on your preferences when you subscribe, you also get a little info card that tells you whats in each of your snack pots.

First up we have CHOCOLATE PRETZEL DIPPERS, this snack pot contains cocoa hazelnut dip and lightly salted pretzel sticks.
The Benefits - The pretzel sticks are baked and then lightly salted and the cocoa hazelnut dip is made with real hazelnuts and blended with cocoa and milk.
- Source of fibre
- Less than 150 calories
- Made with real hazelnuts
- Suitable for Vegetarians
The pretzel sticks are really nice just as a snack on it's own, the dip tasted a little different to the chocolate dips that I'm used to but it did taste really nice. The pretzel sticks and hazelnut dip work really well together and are really nice. What I love about this snack pot is that you get a mixture of a sweet and salty taste, for me also there was just the right amount of the chocolate dip. I would happily have this as a little snack.

Next up we have a LEMON & POPPY CAKE WITH AN AFTERNOON INFUSION, this snack pot contains lemon & poppy cake and and afternoon tea infusion.
The Benefits - To make the lemon & poppy cake butter is replaced with rapeseed oil, this is because rapeseed oil only contains 7% saturated fat compared to butter which has 51% fat, it's also a good source for omega 3 and omega 6.
- 89 calories
- Suitable for vegetarians

This cake smells absolutely gorgeous and lemony, the tastes of the cake and tea really work together for a perfect relaxing snack. The cake is really soft and moist and taste gorgeous, I'd definitely want this recipe to recreate it at home.

Next up we have RHUBARB & PEAR COMPOTE, this snack pot contains rhubarb slices, pear and cranberries.
The Benefits - This snack pot ticks off one of your five a day and is better than heading to the sweet jar to snack on something sweet and chewy and is made with real fruit.
- High in fibre
- Less than 150 calories
- Made with real fruit
- Suitable for vegans
The cranberries are really nice as well as the rhubarb, the rhubarb was a little tough but it was enjoyable all the same. I wasn't a fan of the texture of the pear but the taste wasn't impacted on because of the texture, it did still taste nice. I would gladly snack on this snack pot instead of some sweets.

Lastly we have SMOKIN' PROTEIN KICK, this snack contains chili lemon broad beans, almonds, hickory smoked almonds and roasted pumpkin seeds.
The Benefits - I couldn't find this snack pot on the graze website for a rundown of the full benefits.
- High in vitamins and minerals
- 8 g of natural protein
- Suitable for vegetarians
The combination of all the ingredients were really nice, I'm not a fan of the pumpkin seeds but with all the other flavours, they were more enjoyable to eat. I can see why it was voted to be a limited edition snack pot.

Now it's time to get into the business side of the Graze box, each box comes with 4 snack pots with snacks had selected just for you from your preferences you give the Graze team from over 100 choices. I'm no longer doing a review on every box I get as I'll just end up repeating myself so only reviewing boxes where I get snacks I haven't tired or reviewed yet, in cases like this one where I get snacks I have already had before with a snack I haven't I will do an updated review.

See you soon!
