On the 24th of September the 7 For 7 schedule announcement was released.
On the 26th of September the 7 For 7 track list was released, revealing that their title track would be You Are. On the 27th of September 2 group teasers were released.
On the 28th of September 3 teaser images were released.
On the 29th of September a lyric video teaser was released for You Are which was produced by member BamBam.

On the 1st of October Mark's teaser images were released.
On the 2nd of October Jackson's teaser images were released.
On the 3rd of October Jinyoung's teaser images were released.
On the 4th of October Youngjae's teaser images were released.

The next day on the 14th of October the You Are lyric video produced by BamBam was released.

All the members participated on the album with Jinyoung co-writing and co-composing track Firework. Yugyeom wrote and co-composed track 내게 (To Me). JB credited as Defsoul co-wrote and co-composed Teenager and title track You Are, Youngjae credited as Ars along with BamBam co-wrote Moon U, with Youngjae also co-composing the track. Jackson, Mark and BamBam co-wrote track Face and BamBam co-wrote and co-composed Remember You.
7 For 7 peaked at No.1 on the Gaon Albums Chart, No.20 on the Oricon Albums Chart, No.1 on the Five-Music (Taiwan) Albums Chart, No.6 on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums Chart and No.1 on the Billboard World Albums Chart.

The You Are M/V has so far gained 21,798,307 million views, with the views continuing to increase each day.
7 For 7 was released in 2 versions, a Magic Hour version and a Golden Hour version, the album is set out in a paperback book style case with the the Cd at the back, the Cd designs are different colours corresponding to the version it belongs to. The photo books for both versions are completely different, with them having pretty much the same layout as well as the sane lyric book in the centre. The albums also come with 3 random photocards: 7 For 7 version, which with all 7 of the cards connects to make the GOT7 logo on the back, a Making version and a Selfie version. If you pre-ordered the album you also got the added bonus of a special postcard book, one for each version.

I have both versions of the album as well as the pre-order postcard books and I love the pictures and styling in both versions and the colours used are gorgeous but I have to say my favourite pictures are the ones of them members in silhouette with a gorgeous sunrise/sunset behind them. This comeback Youngjae really caught my eye and it's the first time he's been my bias wrecker, I've always adored Youngjae and often jumped to his defence if someone was putting him down or being disrespectful towards him but this comeback id the first comeback that I looked at him thinking OMG he's really a good looking guy. I've always known he was a good looking guy but always thought he'd be the guy that would be a close male friend that you would go to for everything. This comeback really has been a good comeback for GOT7, I'm just really gutted that their first title track created by a member didn't win any music show trophies. With each comeback they never fail to surprise me and they never disappoint me either, each track is amazing with a different sound.

I can't wait to see if we get more title tracks from them that are wrote by the members, they always create such amazing and beautiful songs especially Jinyoung and JB.
