Thought I'd give a short update and while I've still not done any proper exercise, I'm thinking from the weekend I want to start doing some running in a morning. My Somatox weight loss teatox seems to be going better than when I originally first started it, I don't feel the affects from it just yet but I'm hoping by the end I can feel a difference. I've been trying to make more of an effort with food and been trying recipes from Slimming World magazines. Somatox have different teas that they off and even though they seem a bit more expensive than others I have looked at they have more variety to hit the areas you want. They gave even started doing supplements.
