I'm still continuing to monitor and log what I'm eating to see my calorie intake. I will admit that one week I was really bad with my meals as it was way too hot to cook, so some days it ended up being a McDonald's delivery.
It's rare I have bread now, if I do it's bread that I've baked myself, I definitely feel better for it, I've noticed that I don't feel as bloated anymore.
I've definitely been drinking more water, probably still not as much as I should be, but the hot weather has definitely been helpful in drinking more of it.
I still walk to work on Monday and Friday, even when I start at 9am on some Monday's. I may ache after a long day at work, but I definitely feel better and enjoy the walk. I've noticed too that I don't get as breathless anymore, even going up the stairs.
Like last time, I've not taken any pictures, mainly because I've not had time to. I definitely think I need to include pictures next time as I've had a few comments of people noticing my little weight loss.
I've had a little more weight loss, as well as more changes in my measurements, but the little changes keep me motivated.
