It's time for another GRAZE post.

Each box comes with 4 healthy portioned snacks, that is picked by the Graze team based on your preferences when you subscribe, you also get a little info card that tells you whats in each of your snack pots.

First up we have HEART HEALTHY NUTS, this snack pot contains redskin peanuts, Brazil buts, almonds and pecan nuts.
The Benefits - This snack pot contains Vitamin B1 which helps keep your heart functioning normally as well a Vitamin E, which protects your cells from oxidative stress. Also this snack pot is high in copper, manganese and selenium, which are nutrients that work together to support your metabolism and immune system.

I thought all the nuts together an separately were nice, but personally for me it seemed a little bit boring and not something I would head to the cupboards to snack on, I also thought it was a little bland as for me there was no flavour to tease my taste buds.

Next we have LOUISIANA WILD RICE & BEANS, this snack pot contains wild rice sticks and chilli broad beans.

The Benefits - This snack pot is high in fibre and is only 136 calories and has 5 g of natural protein, which is a vital part of a balanced diet for everyone. Protein and amino acids are the building blocks for muscles to repair, strengthen and grow.

Looking at the GRAZE website this snack pot is no longer available to buy, not sure if it will become available again in the future, but right now you can't buy this snack pot. I always love the smell of this snack pot, I really enjoyed the wild rice sticks and I love the chilli broad beans. the flavours work really well together and I always really enjoy this snack pot and always look forward to eating it.

Next we have BELGIAN SPECULOOS AND CINNAMON PRETZEL STICKS, this snack pot contains cinnamon pretzel sticks and Belgian speculoos cookie dip.

The Benefits - The dips are perfectly portioned so you have the right amount of indulgent flavour, then add the source of fibre and you have a snack that's 151 calories per portion.

I always love the smell of this snack pot, it smells gorgeous. I love the cinnamon flavour in the pretzel sticks, there is just the right amount of cinnamon to make them perfect. The cookie dip is divine, it has a nice, smooth and creamy texture and there is the perfect amount of dip to go with the pretzel sticks. All the flavours work extremely well together.

Lastly we have BERRY PROTEIN FLAPJACK, this snack pot contains a berry protein flapjack.

The Benefits - All GRAZE's flapjacks are baked in small batches, meaning the whole rolled oats keep all their natural goodness, making their flapjacks a source of fibre and manganese, which are nutrients that support the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress. The mixed seeds, cocoa powder and cacao nibs that are added to the mixture, mean these flapjacks are also a source of essential minerals.

This flapjack smelt absolutely gorgeous and sweet, it was soft and chewy with a welcomed crunch. I thought the berries added to the flavour of the oats. It's definitely another flapjack added to my favourite GRAZE flapjacks list.
