I'm back again with another album from B.A.P, this album marked their comeback into the k-pop world back in 2015, after their lawsuit with their company TS Entertainment.
On the 1st of august 2015, B.A.P returned to TS Entertainment after both the group and company reached a settlement after their lawsuit, then on the 1st of November 2015, B.A.P's 4th Mini Album Matrix Highlight Medley was released.

On the 2nd of November 2015 individual member teasers started being released, the first teaser was leader Bang Yongguk's Matrix Teaser Video.

On the 16th of November 2015, the M/V for Young, Wild & Free was released along with the physical and digital release of their 4th mini album Matrix. At the start of the Young, Wild & Free M/V the track Monologue is heard, telling the story of how they fought together and how they were finally back on the scene.

As a group B.A.P all helped to co-write track Take You There, while Bang Yongguk helped to co-write track Blind as well as helping to co-write and co-compose tracks Be Happy and title track Young, Wild & Free. Track Monologue was co-written with the help of Zelo and Bang Yongguk with Yongguk also helping to co-compose the track.
Young, Wild & Free won 2 music show trophies, with 1 win on Music Bank and 1 win on The Show, with their win on Music Bank coming on the 1 year anniversary of their lawsuit against TS Entertainment.
Matrix peaked at No.1 on the Gaon Albums Chart.

The M/V for Young, Wild & Free so far has gained 5,153,083 million views through TS Entertainment's official YouTube channel, along with 3,314,315 million views through 1theK's official YouTube channel, giving the M/V a total of 8,466,398 million views.
Matrix was released in 7 versions, a normal edition and 6 member special editions, the normal edition is set out in a hardback book style case and the 6 member special editions are set out in a box style case. The member editions have each members Matoki on the cover representing them as well as a letter from the album name, M is Daehyun with KeKe Mato, A is Bang Yongguk with ShiShi Mato, T is Zelo with ToTo Mato, R is Himchan with Tats Mato, I is Jongup with DaDa Mato and finally X is Youngjae with JoKo Mato. The normal edition has a group shot of their Matoki's. Both the Cd designs are different for the normal edition and the members edition, each member edition comes with a sheet that has a badge of the member, B.A.P badge, stickers of their Matoki and a Polaroid of the member. The booklets are pretty much the same in all versions, just in a different layout between the normal edition and the members editions, some pictures are also black and white in the normal edition while in colour in the member editions, there is also extra pictures of the members in their member editions.

I have both the normal edition and Yongguk's member special edition of the albums, I'd love to eventually have all the member editions but for now I'm happy with having my bias' edition. Matrix is an amazing mini album and I don't think they could have made a better album to announce their return to the K-Pop world. I may have only been a fan of these 6 amazing guys since March but seeing the translation for their track Monologue makes me feel proud to be part of their fan base. Even though during their lawsuit they lost fans, with Matrix, B.A.P showed how those fans had made a big mistake in not trusting them and fighting alongside them as they came back better and stronger than ever. Matrix is one of my favourite mini albums and each track is different, showing a different side to them, I've seen many fans comment about the track Blind, saying that it's a song B.A.P are singing to the fans that left them. No matter their message B.A.P make sure they give it their all to get it across, this time their message was to never give up on your fight until you succeed.
