EXO: XOXO The first album

Hello
An nyoung
Konnichiwa
Ni hao

It's Monday which means it's k-pop post day, welcome to k-pop Monday. Today is another post about EXO and their first full length album. Like their MAMA mini album it was split into two versions, one being in Korean promoted by EXO-K and one in Mandarin promoted by EXO-M. This album also got re released as a repackaged album with a few extra songs and like the previous version was released in Korean and Mandarin.

Even though the album was only Sung by the members of EXO-K throughout the album was pictures of all 12 members of the group. I love that the album was set out like a school work book and that they were a class, showing them doing subjects etc.

XOXO is one of the few albums that I pretty much love every song from start to end, even though there were a few songs that had to grow on me,  they all get to show of their vocal skills whether it being singing or rapping. The lead single from the album was Wolf and was the first time they promoted as a 12 member group, this also was one of the songs that grew on me.

EXO-M
The Chinese version of the album is pretty much set out in the same way with a few picture differences, so I didn't take as many pictures.

Exo's next single which to me made them as big as they are today was Growl, it's one of my favourite tracks and routines that they do. The MV was pretty much done in one take and the camera follows them round.
