It's time for Manga Madness and this week it's a Manga that I love, this Manga is rated M for mature. Highschool Of The Dead is basically about the zombie apocalypse starting and features 5 school students and the school nurse as it's main characters, it follows their journey from escaping their school as the outbreak starts and getting to each of their families to see if they are safe. I think both the manga and anime would be aimed towards the male population with it containing big breasted girls and nudity, it maybe pervy but I love the storyline and the characters. The characters include Takashi Komuro - the leader, Rei Miyamoto - the spear expert,  Saeko Busujima - the sword expert, Kouta Hirano - the gun expert, Saya Takagi - the brains and Shizuka Marikawa - the school nurse. They all know of who they are but only Takashi, Rei and Saya have known each other since childhood, Takashi and Rei dated until Rei ended the relationship and started dating hid best friend. When the outbreak starts Takashi runs to get Rei and bring her to safety which ends with both Rei losing her boyfriend and Takashi losing his best friend to "them" Takashi is the one to throw the killing blow to his friend. Saya and Kouta are next to be shown to join forces to escape and then Saeko and Shizuka team up and ending with all 6 jpinkng forces to escape the school. There are 7 volumes available for the manga and it doesn't seem to be getting an ending any time soon with the creator focusing on another Manga I only have 6 of the volumes. There's many twist and turns throughout the manga us many up skirt shots and even nude scenes. The artwork and colouring is amazing.

Even though in my opinion it's really pervy and there's a lot of focus on the female characters it's a really good manga, to be honest in my opinion the anime is a lot more pervy (the nude scenes also appear) I onky thought the nudity was for the anime. How wrong was I. If you like Zombie stuff I'd say give it a go but I don't think many girls would get into this with it featuring big busted girls that get naked together especially as one of the female characters gets turned on by killing zombies and in her subconscious says "I'm drenched" she screams something different in the anime buy we'll get to that tomorrow.
